Deltarune ch1 truly was just something you kind of had to be Be There for. Like I cannot FATHOM Toby doing what he did in 2018 nowadays. Just dropping the whole chapter, zero context, practically zero buildup (unless you followed him on Twit). Having at the UT fans wake up on November 1st only to get slapped in the face with "Undertale 2" out of fucking nowhere. You couldn't have that nowadays lol

It's kind of crazy whacko wild to me that Susie and Noelle are two of the most well written and screentime heavy characters in Deltarune, yet people still claim this game has a misogyny issue because of *reads smudged writing on hand* lack of adult women who we can draw having epic yuri sex

Thank you Daddy Nintendo for remaking a 28 year old game that's already available on Switch and has a HD port on 3DS. I'm sorry for ever criticising you, Daddy Nintendo. It won't happen again, Daddy Nintendo. I'm a real fan I promise!!!

It has been incredibly hard to keep the Zelda fixation these days, I gotta be honest. Tears was disappointing. Echoes was great but forgotten so quickly. I don't give a shit about Hyrule Warriors. I don't give a shit about OOT. I'm still extremely tentative about the movie and expecting it to be lukewarm at best. It really feels like the horizon is bleak rn and that is a horrible feeling when you've dedicated nearly a decade of love to something.

I do take solice in the fact that if the OOT remake is bad there'll be a bunch of 40 year old gamer men ripping Nintendo up between their teeth. Tendy ain't gonna listen to all the queer 20 somethings on Tumblr who make analysis posts on why TOTK betrayed the themes of BOTW. But I do think they'll listen to Angry John's 40 minute YouTube video with 1.5 million views titled "The OOT remake is WORSE THAN YOU THOUGHT!"
