Tensing his jaw, his eyes raise to scan the area behind her - the blood, dark as a wilted rose shone as the light through cracked windows glistened over them. lowering his head slightly but still avoiding eye contact, his tone became a small whisper. ‘ We wont matter anymore, Vhenan. ’

He stood, arms outstretching to the side as he tumbled slightly from the lose of blood from his head.
