Said I was going to the gym earlier. I just really don’t feel like putting on pants today. Looks like it’s going to be a day of lounging around on the couch, watching disney movies, snacking on hot cheetos and maybe a nap.

Thea wasn't sure what she was doing really, she wasn't one to put herself out there or make her feelings known for someone -- at least not in a sexual nature. She thought Eddie was cute, he had gorgeous eyes, he was different than any other guy she had ever went for but that's why she liked him. He was different but he seemed fun, a soft side to him almost? Maybe she was wrong, maybe that wasn't the case at all or maybe it was? She wasn't going to overthink this though, she was going to enjoy herself and enjoy his company and whatever happened, happened. It was blistering cold, she had on a giant coat, gloves, and warm clothes as she approached Eddie's place, knocking on the door softly but loud enough he could hear it. The Latina's teeth chattering from how cold it was, she would certainly need some warming up. She couldn't feel anything, worse of all she looked like a shaking Chihuahua.

She smiled softly, Eddie had a way with words. It was simple what he said but really effective and she appreciated that. She smiled and kissed his lips softly, her head resting against his own as she listened to his words. "you wanna take care of me??" She asked, smiling at his words. "You're too sweet. You really are." She hadn't ever really had someone who wanted to do kind things for her like that but she was thankful that Eddie was willing to do so. "You don't know how much it means to me to be able to just talk to somebody and feel I can trust them. You really don't. I don't do this with like anyone - Tom was the last person I really felt close to and connected with so this is a big deal for me." She smiled and kissed his cheek softly. 'i just feel... Safe with you? Like I have never felt as safe as I do right now in this moment with you. With your arms wrapped around me." She admitted to the larger man. "You wanna cuddle and watch this movie or nah?" She giggled, kissing his cheek.

She shrugged her shoulders as her slender fingers traced his shirt covered chest. "I don't really know why he told me either, I guess in his words he didn't want me to find out from other people and be more upset or angry." She sighed, silence filling the room once more but just briefly. "I respect that he cares enough to wanna tell me so I don't find out from others but on the other hand, I don't know it kinda made me feel like he was throwing it in my face." She sighed and looked up at the bigger man, her arms wrapping around his neck once more as she placed soft slow kisses on his lips. "I do trust you, I can't explain it but I feel comfortable with you. Like I can trust you with anything and I know you won't judge me for it." She smiled and kissed his cheek softly. "I feel... Safe with you? I can't explain it I just do." She smiled and rested her face in the crook of his neck. It was a new feeling to her, being able to let someone in again especially after her failed marriage with Tom but she was happy she could. It sounded corny but it showed her all hope wasn't lost.
