its funny that back early when rick and morty was just starting out it was such a stoner fad at the time? like sure sure, the show got heavy depiction of drugs, stoner friendly with the visuals and yes sure, i watched the show while i was high to enjoy it but was just bombarded, in the first episode mind you, of how incestuous the relationship of rick and morty is and no one, NO ONE back then was making this talking point ever at least in the mainstream!

and when i was convinced to watch the first episode it boggled my mind of how heavy the subtext (and MAIN TEXT) of how rick is abusing morty! so did y’all catch that or were y’all just… vibing? cause that’s whats up.
