The personality of these two would DEFINITELY make a magical girl fusion. Alas they would also have this color palette.

Before Centi was confirmed to be a nephrite this was my Nephrite gem! To fit su canon she has been changed to a Jadeite. Jadeites are meant to essentially be lap gems, just there to amuse their owners. My jadeite was owned by an emerald before Jadeite poofed her and hijacked her ship. Her most recent design is the one on the left in the top image.

Originally she was a commander with a pearl on homeworld, but over the years i ended up retconning that to stick closer to su canon. I settled with her being a general of the crystal gems that helped defend a different section of earth. Rather than owning a pearl, the new story is that she ends up escaping with a fellow servant, a pearl, from homeworld.  And lmao coral falls in love with her.

One of my fangems from a few years ago i still think about, rather than being designed and then promptly forgot about. Everytime i redraw her my art style has changed so she feels drastically different!

I can’t remember how long it’s been but a good while ago i adopted a pearl from @zaccrimart! The first drawing is my most recent ref of them. The second piece was about some concept sketches I had, and the third drawing is from the artist themself!
