i’m halfway through the prisoner of azkaban and honestly just revising when i feel like it, i’m still working a lot which makes me regret not applying for any office jobs but i do have a lot of freedom at work so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

started the second harry potter book, reviewed the german words i’ve learned on memrise and did some work on my driver’s theory, it was very tempting to just watch ‘x moments i think about a lot’ videos all day but i’m glad i didn’t do that 😌

surprise bitch, i bet you thought you saw the last of me. 

i’ve pretty much been working every day so that leaves little time to study but my shift starts late today so i squeezed in some new words from the 5k german words course on memrise. if any dutch followers are interested, the quizlet sets will be here. i also finished the first harry potter book!! good stuff man

i’ve barely done any language work because a bitch is unmotivated rn, i did start reading harry potter for the first time so we’ll see how far i’ll get with that

today i emailed my old german teacher about getting a grammar card used for writing and i started making new quizlet sets for german so i can get back into the groove. it feels kind of weird to make new ones because i’m still strangely used to learning from the pre-made sets from my teacher with vocab i had absolutely no interest in so i’m going to start with food related vocab :-)

i won’t completely be dropping spanish i just kind of need to make a plan of how i’m gonna learn it because i have driver’s theory too 🤔

worked all day just like yesterday lol, 10h shifts in food are TOUGH! did a tiny arm workout and went over some of my notes for driver’s theory. i should go to the gym tomorrow because it’s one of my few days off in the upcoming two weeks

what do you guys want to see on this blog? would anyone be interested in dutch vocab lists or anything like that?

october 8th

today was kind of productive, i organized my calendar by writing the most important things on it like when i have to go to work and doctor’s appointments. i think i’m gonna put more time into learning german because i think it would be a valuable skill for whatever course i end up choosing next year. i’m not sure what that’ll mean for my spanish learning goal but i think i’ll stress out about that later!

very unproductive and messy day, i woke up at 7 but i was so exhausted from work the night before that i fell back asleep and got out of bed at 10. i looked into a few possible studies i might like and worked til about 9pm. rethinking my spanish goals right now because if i want to enroll in a certain school i need to speak at least one foreign language besides english and my german is just better than spanish and it’s is more common in my area so  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Did a bit of Spanish grammar today, I used this website. You can change the site’s language to English and you can use it for French and German as well. You can practice pretty much every verb in whatever tense you want!
