Sometimes the biggest barriers to meaningful engagement are the words we assume everyone understands. In my latest blog, I share a personal experience about how unexplained acronyms can unintentionally exclude SMEs with lived experience and what both organizations and SMEs can do to create more inclusive professional spaces.
