Some of my nocturnal anxiety came back ever since my cat left, so I just spent some time playing to Star Stable Online to relax and sketched a little thing ❤️

Back in 2021 I remember I said I wanted to draw all main characters from the game (Soul and Dark Riders), it's probably one of my biggest childhood game and it's fun so. Idk when I'll be able to draw next characters but here's already Lisa and Starshine 🌟

I'm also working on my story but in my sketchbook, it's nice to focus on it without posting everything and just brainstorm with watercolor, notes etc

The graphics, the vibe, the general look of the game

The main story was so interesting

The side quests were fun

There were no other horse games as good as sso

I made good friends and didn’t want to leave them

The characters were interesting

It made me more creative, I really liked writing and drawing for sso

The music and sound design captivated me

#the fact that the story was much deeper than initially presented (before recent updates) intrigued me #but also #at the time #the controls and physics were MUCH worse when I joined than they are now #and I was like #weirdly enchanted and delighted by all the silly ways my horse would break reality #my hoof would lightly graze a fence at exactly the wrong angle and my horse would launch into space #funniest shit I ever saw #the funny broken physics reeled me in but the story characters and atmosphere kept me here
