I got my yoimiya while high as shit and thought i lost my 50/50 to amber because i was high as shit so i made an evil shrine where i crucified a baron bunny i crocheted and the next day i realized i got yoimiya so i buried baron bunny's ashes and have felt guilty ever since because i dont even hate amber yoimiya is just my favorite character and baron bunny did not deserve that

I don't like Lohen but I'm glad he exist because it proves that the Genshin devs can also make male characters that basically exist to be hot and provocative towards the audience.
Still, wish they weren't so tame with those and let them be more explicit as with the girls, like most of these "husbando bait" characters are just dudes that have midly attractive animations in their kits and have a few risky lines towards the Traveler, it feels as if they're barely trying.
I hope in Snezhnaya we get a super sexualized man thats explicitally super head over heels for the traveler having scenes blushing at them and all, I'm tired of them being so tame with these (or at very least get back to give us guys like Xiao that silently but clearly yearns for them).

Remember the good times a few years back that everyone called Zhongli old because he was once the oldest confirmed playable character? Minus traveler, of course, since we didn't actually know their age back then.
Well time sure passes quickly, he's no longer the oldest now since we have a few others that are on par or older than his age. (Zibai and Nicole)

it's so annoying when people scream "omg rewritten!!! retcon!!!" every time we get new fatui content that humanizes them. they're villains but they're still characters, they're going to have feelings and emotions and relationships with each other. actually they're barely even villains they're more like antiheroes considering the tsaritsa's plan will probably end up being the right one. they're also called "fools" and half of them are clown themed i think they're allowed to be a little silly. also funny how when female harbingers are revealed to not be stone cold murderers they're badly written waifus but capitano is called a hero and pantalone is dottore's poor doomed yaoi bf. don't even get me started on tartaglia and how he's our best friend since 2.0. when pulcinella is revealed to secretly fund children's hospitals in impoverished fontaine i better not see anyone calling him wholesome, i want the same energy columbina's "retcon" got

Milastra wonderland defenders are so dense about the very valid criticism about the mode:
"The haters first said that this mode was useless because it offered no primos, now that they do they complain they're hypocrites!!1!" Woah it's almost as if the "it doesn't give us primos" was a mild criticism but it wasn't even the main one, and that it trying to luring us with primos is also something we predicted as a bad thing, because our main point was that this mode existing in the first place was a problem.
I was a Milastra hater since day 1 and it's so funny to see its defenders claiming that we're inconsistent with our criticism when every single criticism I see to it was the exact same we had been holding since we had its first leaks, in fact a lot of the negative things that are happening with it were already predicted by us before it came out, and we were already very vocal about how much it was gonna suck and we were told "that's not gonna happen give it a chance":
We said that it was gonna be a huge waste of space in the game that will make it harder to keep it in certain devices even for players that won't use this gamemode (wich is happening), that they were gonna give us less rewards for the main game with the excuse that they're giving us stuff for this game (The codes that only gives us rewards for it, it ocupying like a third of the 6.6 stream, sudenly since it was released we get more dry updates with almost no events or new stuff to do while this mode gets updates, etc), that it was gonna basically force the players to play it for actual rewards (I don't know why they're acting as if this is a good comeback against people that criticize it this is NOT a good thing 😭), etc.
How is it hypocrital to still hold the same opinions since the start? Is it bad that we didn't change our opinions after every negative expectation we had about it wad been proven right? Please.
I don't get how you can see that this gamemode is so unpopular that they literally have to bribe the players to enter it for DAYS and not even question if maybe it wasn't a good idea. "It's optional" no it isn't if its pretty much the only way we currently have to gain the main and most important currency in the game, this month they only gave us an event that lasted like less than a week and tried to sell us this Milastra bs as an event, and they decided to do it JUST before a big update with one of the most expected character's first banner and there is legit nothing else to do.
They didn't do this shit when Milastra first arrived, it's clear they planned it to be its own gamemode that wouldn't affect at all the main one, but it was so unexpectedly unpopular that the only way they have to gain something after spending so much in it its to give the average player that don't gaf about it a reward for entering every day. This is so predatory and should be a perfect example on why this gamemode was never a good idea.
The only good defense I see from it was how much players find it fun, and I'm glad they are having fun, but it isn't enough to compesate all the damage this extra gamemode is doing to the main game and the average player that doesn't care about this mode. Like glad these people can enjoy this mess but they can always just downlad Roblox or any sandbox game as a replacement, its the same shit.
At this rate I find it possible that in a future closer than expected they end up clossing the servers because its inpopularity is making them lose more money maintaining and updating than gaining anything from players that like it, I legit believe there is no way to "save" this mode it was a terrible idea since the start.

As much as I want Dottore to be playable, I don't think there's a way to do it. Canonically, playable characters are the traveler's companions and have actually gone on adventures with them. I highly doubt there's a way to make villains part of the traveler's adventuring party. That's why even the villain characters we have so far (like the playable Harbingers) are friendly with us. Dottore's too far gone to be playable.

Hypothetically if they ever bring Dottore back, Hoyo's probably gonna butcher him in some way that'll make the fans unhappy.
First, his personality *could* probably change and be more toned down than his usual evil self since playable characters are supposed to bond/develop friendship with the MC. Since traveler resents him so much it's highly unlikely that he would be a companion, and even if he does become playable his current personality would definitely clash with some of the other characters especially those that hate him. And if we were to wipe that personality, Dottore just wouldn't feel like Dottore anymore. (His fans would definitely get mad if they do that too.)
"But, but.....what about the other Fatui? Childe? Arle? Why does the traveler respect them but not Dottore?"
Dottore is what you call "pure evil", he treats humanity like toys and throws away countless innocent lives.
The other playable Fatui aren't exactly "lawful" either but they still have some humanity in them which earned the traveler's respect. (Caring for family, aiding the traveler in order to defeat a bigger threat, and they will only fight if they needed to. They wouldn't physically go hurting innocent children either since they know that they're defenseless. They may be harbingers but they have their limits.)
Heck even his fellow harbingers themselves think that Dottore is going too far with things, but yeah, just my take on him if they wanted him playable.

I am slowly going more and more insane the closer it gets to my beautiful wife sandrone's release date. I cannot promise to be normal when she comes. I have a problem with some of the "Traveler's tales" anecdotes, and its how they basically lie about who the anecdote is about. They're presented as a character's anecdote so you can choose to go expecting to get content about them and then, not really. Let me explain:
I saw that there is a "Kachina anecdote", got excited because I LOVE Kachina, she is a very interesting character though she has so little content and her dynamic with the Traveler is super adorable, so I was excited to do this expecting to see her and the Traveler interacting through it.
I went to the Kachina anecdote, she exchanges like two lines with the Traveler before she disapears and the rest of the anecdote is about Kinich.
Other time, I saw that there was a "Wriothesley anecdote", again got excited because he is one of my favourite characters, has so little quests or content and I really wanted him interacting with the Traveler on a more personal and friendly manner.
I went to the Wriothesley anecdote, Neuvillette and Pashiv shows up and the whole anecdote basically becomes about them, and he almost doesn't direct a word to the Traveler.
This frustrates me because I like the Traveler's tales in concept, it is a very nice idea to have these little extra content where one can interact with these characters outside of quests, just getting to have little mundane interactions.
But I do have a problem with them promoting them as an specific anecdotes when a lot of them are actually about someone else or include other people, like if we saw a "character A anecdote" we all would asume its made for the character a fans who wants to see them, only to go to it and character B appears and the thing becomes about them. Either they should promote these anecdotes with ALL the characters they include or not name them by the characters.
And the other thing that disapoints me its that I'm a traveler fan and I also love seeing them develop their relationships with the other characters, so this game mode should imply that we get to see them hanging out with their friends and that would be something I would love to see, right?
Well, not really because a lot of them aren't even the characters interacting with the Traveler, its just the Traveler showing up and watching them talk to each other while barely acknowledging them. I hate this so much.
Yeah yeah I know that its easier for them to reduce their interactions with most characters to just stare at them doing stuff and not intervening much but we already have them doing that during most of the A.Qs and S.Qs, and also doing it to a game mode literally called "Traveler's tales" that should be about them visiting their friends should be outrageous. I need every worker that pushes the "Traveler Camera man" agenda banned from the writting room forever.

Apparently hoyolab is phasing out sereniteapot replica sharing.
According to customer service the replica sharing platform was an "event" and now it's "ending"... even though it was never stated to be an event.
I suppose it makes sense. Genshin has been real lazy with teapot designs lately.

i LIKE lohen that's why i'm mad they scrambled to make him from a good standard unit into an awful limited unit when they saw how much people liked him. actually unprecedented greed even for genshin. EVERY other nod-krai 5 star has something special for owning them, from exclusive dialogue to whole boss fights and quests or free skins and gadgets. even varka durin nicole zibai who are not technically nod-krai. what does lohen get? mysterious appearances all over the map with no meeting point or quest whether you own him or not. almost as if he was meant to be a PERMANENT part of the game...

People need to chill OUT about Lohen. Let people have fun. If you don't like him or don't like a ship he's in it is actually free to not interact. No one is forcing you to pull him, ship him, think about him, etc
