I don't remember if this place is locked behind the Vimana Agama world quest or not, so I'm tagging it just in case.

I found another peaceful Hilichurl! This one has a nice view of Harvisptokhm.

While the location itself isn't quest-locked, the area's appearance will change after finishing the Khvarena of Good and Evil world quest.
