You need to do Revelations from the Past world quest. Teleport to this waypoint and go down the golden stairs. You'll first be teleported to the place with lava, then touch the light in the middle, and you'll be teleported to the 2nd location.

You need to do the world quest series Canticles of Harmony.

Heart of the Sacred Mountain. You need to complete the world quest series Chronicler of the Crumbling City.

Nursery of Nightmares. You need to do Lost Traveler in the Ashen Realm world quest to unlock it.

You'll need to progress through the "A Long Day in the Mountains" world quest to unlock this area.

You need to complete the "In the Wake of Narcissus" world quest series for "The Real Annapausis" to become permanently available.

The way to return is also long, so I included multiple screenshots, but in short, go to Annapausis, touch the bubble inside the building, it'll teleport you to a new area, and drop down to the lowest level. Again, you'll be teleported, and then you'll just have to walk.
