I liked their little co-leadership thing these two bums did in one of the marvel comics 😮‍💨 funny how Megatron and Shockwave wanted to take them both out for it when they themselves been beefing with each other for so long in there 😭 to the point Soundwave and Starscream were like well ok we’re not getting Anything done so we’re just gonna lead instead

Tho admittedly Soundwave was blackmailed into it and they both planned to try to get the other eliminated to become the sole leader, they ended up getting along pretty well after Megatron and Shockwave tried to assassinate Starscream and pin it on Soundwave and that’s hilarious to me

PLEASE do a lore drop on your TFES AU human/ mecha suit Soundwave

The story sounds really interesting>:)

Soo I guess in a short synopsis; Soundwave joined the military pretty young cuz they didn’t really have too many choices to go, but they were then chosen to work for G.H.O.S.T. cuz they were a great candidate to be tested and trained to become a mecha pilot and thus became sort of a spy among cybertronians; and they were fed a ton of lies and stories about them over time so Soundwave thought they all kinda sucked, but much to Ghost’s dismay they actually end up liking them 🙄 dips out pretty much with their mecha so Ghost has a grudge towards them (but that happens later)… that’s what I have so far tho 😛

As for the art it’s mostly concept stuff currently.. top one I was thinking Soundwave likely has a buncha modifications to perfectly synch with his mecha 🤔 meanwhile the second one I was just thinking well. If anyone was to cause them harm if they were found out… probably Shockwave 🙄

Don’t you guys hate it when your coworker is actually not a Cybertronian and is just a human pilot in a mecha suit 😔 we’ve all been there yknow… my big truth is that I think with the way that ES Soundwave is, they should still be pretty feminine as a human 💯 also the idea is a little inspired off of Evangelion… and Soundwave’s helmet does take a little after both them and Ravage (thought it would be cute) 🐈‍⬛ there is lore to this au too 😛

About your TFES AU

Do the Cassets exist? If so, who and in what way. Are they Cybertronias or also mechs made from Ghost?

Idk why it took me so long to get back to this au but 🤧 thank you!! The cassettes do exist, the typical Frenzy, Ravage, and Laserbeak type of deal in ES; they’re ordinary cybertronians like usual, however Rumble was a human (emphasis on was), pilot much like SDW, but she grew too close and friendly with Frenzy and Skywarp that she was told to eliminate them by Ghost; but she just couldn’t do it, so Ghost pulled her kill switch (they have one on SDW too) that was set up to look like a freak accident during a battle 💔 gosh who wrote this it’s so sad.. anyways they used Rumble as an example for SDW to not do the same as her 😛

I don’t yet have a Rumble design so she shall remain faceless for now…

I keep thinking about that one line Starscream hit in season 4 💔 yeah it was a dumpster fire but he really hit it with that one… so obviously I had to make it about Soundstar 😒 these two got hella issues, but hey, they can be messed up together 😌 Soundwave who wants to be able to trust and feel like he means something to someone again, and Starscream who wants to be able to feel like he has control over himself again (@gentlecarpmonster is complacent to me making this btw… helped with the dialogue cuz I ain’t very good at it)

When things are rough and you’re nothing but angry and sad but also you’re not really the drinking type 😓 Soundwave really does have it tough huh, dedicated your life and passion to the cause just for it to leave you behind and you leave you for a dude with a receding hairline 😮‍💨 yeah my style is more sloppy today but it’s much later than I usually draw so I didn’t have too much time to work on the line art this time and it’s fine as is I think
