Another obnoxious night in at #chesnooty... Roast pork tenderloin roasted with tarragon and rosemary under pan sauce of the drippings alongside bak choy with garlic/shallots/soy sauce...Laird's Applejack apple rum to help the meal down. (at Esplanade at City Park)

What do you do when your buddy gives you a couple gorgeous redfish filets from his day-off-from-work fishing trip? Skillet-seared redfish filet under a basil/mint chimichurri alongside a spinach salad with goat cheese/shallots/red wine honey mustard vinaigrette and a 2011 Cab Sauv.
