Taco Tuesday at #chesnooty... Carne Asada (Flank steak marinated in lime juice and crushed red pepper) sliced thin underneath a smoked tomato & jalapeño puréed salsa with chopped cilantro... Hola Nola taco shells and a @woodfordreserve Manhattan to wash things down. (at Esplanade at City Park)

Been on a sweet/heat kick at #chesnooty this past week...finally nailed the glaze tonight. Apricot & ancho chile glazed roast pork tenderloin drizzled with reduced glaze alongside a mango/orange/habanero salsa. 30 minutes, start to finish. (at Esplanade at City Park)
