But alas. I am neurospicy and grew up doing competitive dancing, so my brain is like “we only do something if it is absolutely necessary or if we’re pursuing it as a career or something”

Is taking life day by day as good as it gets?

I feel like I’ll be continuing to trudge along with that way of handling and coping with life and then one day I’ll suddenly be turning 40, and life will still feel like I’m just continuing to exist so as to not end it all. And is that as good as it gets? Not necessarily enjoying my life, just continuing to move forward because the alternative is a negative thing that negatively affects other people?
