Not believing the cheek of the woman, Elinor widened her eyes and looked to the floor. "You have already distracted me, you do not have my permission to be here so please get out, you know where the exit is. " Elinor attempted to say everything in a calm manner but she could only remain so calm.

"I have the permission where it matters." Georgiana spoke firmly. "My grad students will be very quiet and keep out of the way, and if you are distracted then maybe that is your own problem."

Vladimir, attention fixated upon Ms. Armistead, was intently listening to her, though he began to abruptly shake his head in disagreement with her suggestion. “Never going to try what happened again.” The whole experience had frightened him beyond even considering trying to conduct the whole “experiment” once more, although it wasn’t quite an experiment due to the fact that it had occurred unintentionally. “Already tried that and I came up with nothing. Just a bunch of protesting and crazy shit.” Nervous, Vladimir began to rock back and forth before coming to the conclusion that he should just tell her. “I lit myself on fire. By accident. And didn’t get hurt at all.”

"But there's more to it than just protesting." Georgiana waited for him to catch on, before decided to tell him anyway. "The students who just arrived from the Horizon Institute, the ones in recovery. In fact the entire Horizon institute can be used as an example." She listened to him talk about his anomaly, and she frowned at him, at first a lost for words. "Perhaps you are forming a second ability? It's...uncommon, sure, but not unlikely."

Gabriel shrugged, his body relaxing and he found himself much more comfortable since Georgiana agreed with him. “Yes, well, if you come by more often you can see the other creations I like to make.”

"I would very much enjoy that." Georgiana nodded, smiling as she shifted Charlie in her arms once again. "And I will be sure to bring Charlie as often as I am able to, so you can see his progress."

Darius noticed that a few of his students were glancing at the new arrivals, so he decided to do something to get their attention. “You know, now that I think about this, this should be on tomorrow’s test.” He said it just loud enough for everyone to hear, but his voice and expression made it seem as if it weren’t such a cruel thought. Most of his students turned to look at him quickly, immediately jotting down notes in their notebooks so that they could remember these facts later. The reactions almost made him smile, but he was able to keep himself fairly neutral faced. “Dionaea muscipula, that is the scientific name. The plant got it’s name due to the fact that the main function of the plant reminds most people of a mousetrap due to the fact that it closes around it’s victims. The beginning only has little significance because the man who discovered the plant was Dobb Davis, was married to a woman at the time and the Dionaea was supposed to give her some recognition.”

Georgiana was impressed with the way that Darius handled his students. The slightest phrase captured their attention, and while that phrase certainly was a trivial one, Georgiana wouldn't be surprised if in a regular situation, they would be at the same attention as they were. She watched as her students began the same activity as the students in the classroom, taking notes fervently as they observed the teacher while he direction the lesson. Right when she was about to gather her students to leave, the bell sounded, signaling the end of the lesson. "Make sure you get all of your things from the classroom before you leave, otherwise they will be placed in the lost and found." She called after them, going into the bag she had brought with her to produce her planner, writing while walking in the direction of the door.

Gabriel nodded, scratching the back of his head albeit sheepishly. “Yeah, I used to call them my kids, since they’re mine and they’re annoying, but I think misfits fits better.”

"Misfits is a fine word." She held up Charlie so she could look at the cat properly. "He's a bit of a misfit after all. A fire breathing cat is not a common occurrence."

Vladimir, knowing that the answers he was looking for would not come to him through personal experiences, frantically shook his head and covered his face with both hands, clearly upset and irritated. “This is something I’ve never experienced before.” He warily eyed the books, but then turned away from them, his head resting between his knees. “I don’t think anybody’s ever experienced this before, actually.” He hadn’t told anybody since it had happened, and he wasn’t planning on doing so anytime soon, though he was considering confiding in Ms. Armistead. After all, he had been quite an asshole to her in the past, though he trusted her now. In fact, he found a bit of a motherly presence emanating from her, similar to the way he felt with Violet. “This is something that happened recently and I doubt it’s ever occurred in the past. I think it might have to do with my, uh, disappearance.”

"I am fully aware of your situation, Mister Kinsley. And I stand by what I said." She took Charlie off her desk and settled the cat on her lap. "Sometimes going out there and figuring things out through experience is better than trying to read it in books. Your experience with your issues could be different than someone else's experience, if anyone else even had an experience like yours." She turned in her chair slightly, trying to think of a better solution. "Why don't you take a look at the recent news involving gifted people. Something might pop out."

Elinor stopped, surprised by the interruption. Perfect, she thought to herself. One thing after the next, things became more and more difficult for the woman. The lack of manners was unbelievable, not only on the part of the students but on the staff’s too. It was atrocious to see another teacher invading her teaching space. Tensing up, she approached the other woman. “I don’t know what you think you’re doing but I need you to talk yourself and your class outside while I carry on teaching. This is not what I signed up for.” Raising her eyebrows, Elinor held an unimpressed expression on her face.

Georgiana turned toward her colleague once her students were fully inside, temporarily surprised. "You can carry on teaching. My students and I are simply here to observe as part of their final examination studies.They wil not be a distraction to you."

Darius was just going through an experiment when he heard many heartbeats coming his way. He usually staid shifted when doing an experiment, using his enhanced senses to make sure none of the students screwed around. Of course it was only him near the open flame, since he was’t doing the full lab experience today, but he was still cautious. Darius was confused at first, but it made sense when the door opened, showing a miss Armistead ushering her students into his classroom. He made a small nod of acknowledgement to her, but then refocused on the lab he’d been working on. “Now listen carefully, because I’m only explaining this once,” He paused, making sure he had most of the class’ attention before continuing, “Carnivorous plants don’t just kill bugs because they can. They trap them and wait for them to die before absorbing the nutrients they offer. Normally dead animals get absorbed into the ground slowly and the energy gets spread around throughout the land the animal died on. But by trapping the bugs, the plant guarantees that the energy only goes to itself, no other plants.”

Georgiana was pleased that Darius seemed to be unfazed by her entrance into his classroom. The teachers she had tried to study previously had gotten very offended, despite her sending a warning ahead of time via email. Nobody knew how to read these days. She silently told her students to make note of the fact that the Biology teacher made no exclamation of surprise when they entered, showing that he had complete control of the situation at hand and he was fully concentrated on his work.

Gabriel nodded, also adding a few smaller words to the sticky to remind him what to think of when making the collar, litter box, etc. “And I can only say the same to you Georgiana, though I’ll try to keep my, er, misfits under control.”

"Misifts?" Georgiana smiled at the word. "Is that what you call your creations?"

Vivian was perplexed that this woman did not seem to realize how unprofessional her behavior had been. But, as a person who didn’t socialize much with anyone outside of the classroom, she truthfully knew little about this particular colleague. “I’m slightly confused why you thought it would be appropriate to interrupt my class without first clearing it with me. Not only was it disruptive, but now I’m wasting valuable class time to have this discussion with you.”

Georgiana continued to study her colleague, watching her as if she were an interesting television program. "I did. I sent an email to the staff saying that my  graduate students would be conducting observations of other teachers as part of their final papers. Did you not receive it?" She lifted her shoulder slightly. "I never intended to disrupt your lesson, in fact I made it very clear that I wanted you to continue on with your lesson."

Vivian did not resume teaching, instead she walked towards the other professor. “Could I have a word with you outside, please?” She didn’t wait for a response, but turned back to her own class. “Please continue with the exercise until I return.”

"I don't see what's entirely necessary about this, but if you would like me to I will step outside; it will be excellent for my students to brainstorm about." She opened the door that she was standing by, stepping out into the hallway and staring at Vivian with mild interest. "Is there something the matter?"

Vivian blinked, a strong dislike for her sudden loss of control coursing through her. Still, she kept her tone professional. Icily professional, but professional nonetheless. “May I ask what your class is doing hovering around my students?”

"These are my graduate students." Georgiana explained as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "We're in the middle of a lesson. Please, go back to teaching. Otherwise my students will have no lesson."

Every student in her class had been accounted for so when the door to her classroom suddenly burst open, quickly followed by a hoard of students, Vivian’s expression instantly hardened. “Excuse me?” She snapped, still slightly baffled by the interruption. “I’m currently in the middle of a class.”

Georgiana shut the door behind her with a firm snap, directing her students to stand towards the back so that they had plenty of room to observe. She turned towards her colleague, nodding. "Yes, I know. And you can continue on as you usually do. In fact I encourage it."

Gabriel scribbled something else on the sticky note and smiled. “It’s no problem at all.” He replied, pressing the sticky note to his whiteboard so that he would remember to do this later. “Anything for a friend.”

Georgiana smiled, watching Gabriel stick his reminder on the board. "You are always welcome to visit Charlie and I whenever you'd like. My office door is always open."

"Now the point of this exercise is to decipher whether or not different positions in general fields spur different reactions than others." Georgiana addressed the small group of college students in front of her.  "Now In the teaching field, you spent last week observing me and my general behavior when it came to teaching my high school classes. This week you will be observing another teacher in another field of study." She opened the door of the classroom, ushering her students inside.

"Well, technically speaking, I thought it had what I needed. Which, as you can obviously tell, was an incorrect assumption.” He shrugged and let out a hefty sigh, feeling rather irritated with the fact that he had wasted his whole day with this pointless search. Nobody he asked had the answers he needed, and wherever he looked, there were only bound to be thousands of path, forcing him to be hopeful, but then crushing his wishes as they all turned out to be dead ends. “Nope. I’ve got nothing.” He slammed the book that had previously been cracked open before him with a loud bang, his agitation clearly showing. “It’s absolutely fucking unbelievable.” Turning towards her, he attempted a small smile, holding out a book for her to take. “Another pair of eyes couldn’t hurt. Mind helping, or do you have a bunch of teacher things to do?”

"Books don't always have the answers you're looking for. Sometimes personal experience is a much better learning tool." Georgiana answered, straightening a pile of books that he had thrown haphazardly around with her foot. She felt sympathy for the boy, despite his defiance towards her in the past. She had been made aware of his situation, though, and had done her best to watch his behavior since his return. At his offer, she looked at him thoughtfully, before speaking. "Perhaps there is a better way of finding what you want rather than going through all of these volumes. Sometimes the best way to remember the things you have forgotten is to clear your mind of what you already know and try to focus on things that may seem fuzzy."

Gabriel smiled and nodded again, writing down the diameter of the cat’s neck then making sure to write down the color she wanted. “Alright, I’ll get on that soon, also, is it safe to assume you’ll need a litter box?”

"Yes, thank you." Georgiana nodded, smiling as she rubbed behind the cat's ears. "I appreciate everything you're doing for Charlie and I, it is very helpful."
