i should’ve known moving blogs was a signal for the end

my plan was to shrink my community, get away from the drama but well. that didn’t work. some really toxic people run this community and you just can’t escape

as a final goodbye, i’d like to remind everyone that we all play cartoon characters on the internet. this drama isn’t worth it. hurting very real people over this isn’t worth it and i hope some of you find the maturity to remember that we’re all real and complex people. 

that’s not to say that there aren’t some amazing people here, i really have met a handful of wonderful, incredible people but unfortunately i no longer feel safe here. you all know where to find me, and if you don’t you can shoot me a message- i’ll periodically check in for awhile in case

to some of you, it’s been a pleasure, and i’m sorry i have to leave on this note

“Lance.” It was difficult to render Hunk speechless. If anything, you could only make him more verbose, rambling until you did something to stop the constant flow of words. “Lance.” His eyes felt watery and he tugged his best friends into his arms tightly. 

“You’re- dude you’re the best.” He buried his nose in the crook of Lance’s neck. “You know you’ll always be first, yeah? Always you. No matter what happens, bro.” It’s not that Lance was never affectionate- the guy was full of it. All the time, actually. It usually came with terrible pick up lines or bad puns though, and such genuine words- well, Hunk wasn’t ready. 

“Thanks. Thank you. A lot.” He had yet to relinquish his grip, arms wrapped tightly around the slender form. “I don’t know what I’m gonna do, dude. Like no clue.” The words were a soft admission followed by Hunk drawing away slightly to look Lance in the eye. “Holy shit, am I right?”
