I know some days you're gonna wake up and crave a cookie, or some pizza. And some days, when you're out with your friends, you might get a large coke instead of a water like you know you should. But just because you made a stupid decision, doesn't mean your weight loss journey is over. And it doesn't mean that you should go home and throw up later. It just means that you should try harder to resist the next day. Starving yourself and purging can lead you to so many health problems, and, in the end, those are not the ways to lose weight. The healthy way is the way that your results will last. So please, eat. Don't throw up anymore. Try your hardest not to think about doing any of that anymore, because I've been there, and I'm here to help.

5 years later... I’m back!!

Hi all,

For those who don’t know me, my name is Michaela.

When I was 15 years old, I fell in love with fitness blogging and it actually helped me accomplish a lot of my goals, but for some reason, I could never see how much progress I was actually making.

I fell off, met an amazing boy who I got extremely comfortable with, went to college, and found that I gained weight all over again. Now, I am 20 years old and ready to get back into it all.
