Weekly Focus – Stay Focused On What You Are Doing

This week can be wonderfully productive for us, once we get started on things.  We can make strong accomplishments and even successes.  However, to do this we must pay attention to what we are doing and give it our full attention and presence.  We want to do things with integrity and give them the best we can.  If we hold this focus, things are likely to flow well for us, and we may even find that we have time for some fun or downtime.

However, we do have some caution that is needed, and it comes to others.  Some people may try to persuade us into unfavorable things.  They may try to get us to do things that are costly and require us to spend funds that we don’t truly have.    Those who do this are not concerned about our success, but are likely to be gaining from it in some way.  We must stand firm, and realize that there are always less expensive or simpler solutions that will work just as good or even better for us.  We simply need to get a little creative and take a closer look and how things work.

This week can bring forth those who are jealous of our successes.  These are the people who seek an easy path.  They want the rewards without putting in the effort.  They also have a strong need to have a lot of attention.  Even if they steal the spotlight from us, we want to keep our focus on what we are doing.  No matter what they do, they cannot block us from doing quality work with integrity.  Our works and actions will always be seen, no matter what others do.  Remember, it is not about how much attention and recognition we get, but about the work that we do.  We need to simply know that we have done a great job and upheld values.  This will bring us recognition without seeking it, and builds silent supporters as well.  These are the people who are rooting for us and support us, even when they don’t recognize us in a physical or visible way.

This week we are reminded to stay focused on what we need to do, and do it from goodness, purity, and kindness.  We want to develop a connection with what we are doing, and not just go through the motions.  As we do this, we will receive something greater than any recognition.

Finally, we want to celebrate our successes and savor our accomplishments.  When we have completed something or made a step of success with what we are doing, we want to honor it, celebrate it, and enjoy that.  No rushing into the next step.  Simply pausing to appreciate it and savor it.

Full Moon - July 29th, 2026

July 29th Full Moon

Each Full Moon has a tendency to bring with it disruption.  It is a time that is naturally turbulent and can trigger rebellious energy.  People are more prone to pick a fight or to get triggered into reactive and aggressive spaces.

This time favors love relationships; and is good for appreciating and honoring the ones that we are in.  They will be quite beautiful, as long as both people reside in unconditional love.  However, if they are working from lies and deceptions; then any affairs or sexual perversions will become exposed.  Those who operate from compassion, provide us with peace; and those who operate from perversions disrupt peace.  Whatever space we are standing in, makes a lasting impression on others; and we will be remembered for a long time for what we say and do.  Peace and love are the key; and that is where we want to reside, and what we want to give others.

This Full Moon finds old stuff resurfacing.  We find things that we thought were forever lost.  Old emotions flood in or memories surface with things we come across; leading us to be emotional.  People that we haven’t spoken to in a long time may reach out to us.  Everything that resurfaces holds value or a message for us.  It is a reminder of something important.  It can show us a dream that still lingers in our heart.  We are learning that something that we thought was closed out, still needs closure.  It is reminding us of unfavorable choices; that lead to strife, hardship, and pain.  However, this is not to hurt us; but to remind us to not repeat these things, and to change our ways; and not be the way we were when we were making poor choices.  This is a time to clear our karma through acting from Divine Values and Principles.

Stress comes from betrayal and lies.  This is a time where friends turn on us for personal gain.  It is important to stay focused on emitting Spiritual Qualities.  Don’t pay attention to the liars, manipulators, and deceivers.  Instead, help those who do not have the ability to help themselves; and do it in the true and full spirit of giving.  It is important that we do not ask, hope for, or expect something in return.  When we give purely to others, it should not be about us; but should be about the gift.  That means that we don’t need recognition for what we do.  Those who get greedy, and are not working in Divine Alignment will find things get blocked and put on hold.  Nothing can move forward without this alignment.  Where we feel challenged, we are learning to handle things from the Soul Self.  This is part of polishing and refining us; and helping us to smooth the rough edges that are still present within us.

The mind is unclear, and it is not the time for important communications, making major decisions, signing contracts, making major purchases, or having medical procedures done.  If we force things, then we will have to redo them, return them, apologize for things, or get trapped in something that we don’t want.  It is best if we just don’t force doing things that require a strong focus or need our full attention.  Our mind is too prone to drifting and wandering away; and leaving things hanging.  We are favored for letting go of schedules; and flowing with what comes up in the moment.  This is a good time to try something new, or explore a new place.  We have an adventurous Spirit; and it may be hard to be still.  It is a time to spend with those who we love, and to try something new or different with them.  Exploring things together, strengthens the relationship.

I welcome you to honor and appreciate relationships where you both stand in unconditional love.  What if they provide you with peace?

I welcome you to face whatever aspects of your past resurface.  What if there is value or a message in it?

I welcome you to stay focused on emitting Spiritual Qualities.  What if this helps you do things from the Soul Self; and helps to polish and refine you?

I welcome you to let go of schedules and flow with what comes up in the moment.  What if this is a great time to try something new?

In the Northern Hemisphere, we have the Thunder Moon and the Hay Moon.  In the influence of the Thunder Moon, we are given an opportunity for success.  Partners and friends who love us, are a catalyst for things coming through; or help us create them.  These are the people who we want to keep in our life; because they want us to do well.  They help us find solutions to things.  We want to take time to appreciate them and the things that they do for us.  As we complete things that we are doing; it will be a good time to enjoy casual social events or have some healthy indulgences.  It is important to share some of our good fortune with those who are struggling.  There is a desire to be generous and to do something that creates a positive impact in the world.  There are always plenty of opportunities to help people, do acts of kindness, do things for animals, or nourish the environment.  We may want to treat someone to something that they normally can’t do for themselves.  It doesn’t have to be big and extravagant; but sometimes, just taking an elderly neighbor out for lunch or coffee is a huge treat for them.

In the energy of the Hay Moon, there is unexpected upheaval or drama.  This is everything from blowing things out of proportion, due to misunderstandings; to storms that come in unexpectedly.  We have unexpected or unpredictable energy; and that leads to very little work getting done, and things not going as planned.  Appointments that are cancelled or changes in plans, are beyond people’s control.  However, this allows us to do something that we wouldn’t have done if they had gone through.  We do best if we can be calm and flow with the way things are going.  We may not be able to control things; but being calm and centered into God/Divine Source allows us to move them in a favorable direction.

I welcome you to appreciate those who work in true partnership with you.  What if they are helping you to be successful?

I welcome you to stay calm and just flow with things.  What if this allows you to move things in a favorable direction; even if you can’t control them?

In the Southern Hemisphere, we have the Wolf Moon, the Old Moon, and the Ice Moon.  In the energy of the Wolf Moon, we have tests and temptations; but there are also likely to be strings attached that take us down dark paths, and are a proverbial (or perhaps even literal) sacrificing of our Soul.  People and things are not what they appear to be.  This is our chance to see if we can tell what is true from what is false.  One question that I use a lot is, “Is this what my Soul wants?”  Usually, the answer is no; and it is just something that my human self is craving, and usually something that is not good for me.  We are called to master our impulses and to turn down fake sources of pleasure.  When we do this and remain aligned with truth and integrity; then we find true happiness, success, and accomplishment.  Remember, that which is of God/Divine Source, does not tempt us; but those things that are not, have to lure us in or we would never take them.

In the energy of the Old Moon, we find that things become stagnant or blocked.  This happens, due to falling out of Divine Alignment; even if we are doing good things and have good intentions.  We want to reflect on our own worth and value; and to look at the relationship that we keep with ourselves and with God/Divine Source.  We need to ask if we are doing things to help others; or are we doing them for money and wealth.  If we are in true service, we do things even if we are not paid for it.  Money is not the first priority.  We see when we need to do things, just for the sake of helping those who cannot do things for themselves.  We do things for the fulfillment that comes from them, and compensation pales in comparison.  In essence, the reward is inherent in the action; and we give as God/Divine Source gives to us.  This builds Celestial Insurance, and that is God’s way of paying us for what we have given to others; and this is available for our use, in times of need.  P.S. we can never have too much Celestial Insurance built up.  It has blessed me, when I personally had no way to get through things.

In the energy of the Ice Moon, we are called to find and create balance and harmony.  As we do this, we find it is easier to work with others and to find common ground where we can work with each other.  This is a time where those in power come together to work with each other to generate successes for the people they govern.  It is a time, where we find a balance between allowing governments to totally run our life in a dystopian way and having full and total self-sufficiency.  While self-sufficiency is truly great to have; we have to acknowledge, some are not able to fully embrace it, such as with the elderly or disabled.  On the other hand, it is good that people have some “rules” to follow; since no governance at all leaves us without any form of accountability for those who hurt others.  This is a time to make ourselves and others stronger.  The strongest communities and teams strengthen the weak; and don’t weaken the strong.

I welcome you to ask your Soul what it wants; when dealing with tests and temptations.  What if that which comes from God/Divine Source, does not need to tempt you to take it?

I welcome you to reflect on your own worth and value; and consider the relationship that you are keeping with yourself and God/Divine Source.  What if your worth and value is found in these relationships?

I welcome you to focus on creating balance and harmony.  What if you find common ground where you work with others; and help bring successes for you and them?

One thing that happens for many people is that they stay in or get stuck in the unfavorable aspects of life, consciously or unconsciously. We have swung from not acknowledging our experiences and their impact on us, to residing in the trauma and victim spaces of them for days, weeks, months, and even years. The challenge is that the longer we stay in this space and hold onto the unfavorable experience the harder it can be to shift out of it. The key is to acknowledge the experience and its impact on us, and the connection it has with other experiences in life. Then we want to offset it with something positive. I have learned to find the positive quickly and easily in things, although it takes practice. When I feel like a victim of circumstances, I try to do something kind as soon as possible or experience something positive. Preferably that day, and even within a couple of hours or less if possible. I can unfold the understanding of things in time, however, the sooner I can offset the trauma the sooner the energy behind it is transformed.

For example, yesterday I was almost hit side on by a vehicle that came out of nowhere and accelerated at me. My quick reactions left me in the center of the street, but I avoided being hit. Had I been hit, the impact could have easily killed me or left me incapacitated. After the initial shock and pulling off somewhere safe, I didn't stay in the worry or stress, but thought to myself God has his hand on me. Other things happened later in the day that also startled me. I could have chose to be the victim, but instead I chose to see how I was being Divinely protected and cared for. I can continue to transmute this further to be a reminder, that no many how many challenges hit me, that God's hand is on me through it all. This allowed me to transmute not only yesterdays' experiences quickly, but also other aspects of my life that are challenging me. When I do this, the shock or trauma doesn't get a chance to take roots. Today reminds us that when we offset unfavorable things with favorable things, that we don't allow unfavorable things to keep growing in our life. It reminds us to choose a space of peace, and to immediately (or as quickly as possible) offset that unfavorable energy. In my experiences, each one became less because I didn't allow the unfavorable energy to grow. I shut it down, which removed its grip on me. I didn't ignore my experiences, but didn't dwell in them. Today be aware when you slip into the negative or unfavorable, victim or trauma spaces, and choose something positive. This is the art of transmutation and turning your day around.

The Code Journey Study Session - July 29th, 2026 - 3pm EST

This is a study session for those that are working with The Code Journey by either book, through my social media posts, and through the Personal Year In Codes report. It is an opportunity to ask questions and to learn more about how to work with the current codes in order to create a stronger awareness in the human consciousness of how to work in alignment with the soul self.

This is an open discussion format where we share what is happening in our lives and learn how that is connecting to the code patterns that are currently active. I have found that we learn great in sharing our own experiences and listening to other's experiences, as in listening we often also unfold our own connections to our own life.

All study sessions are recorded; and once registered you have access to all sessions that have happened. Recordings are normally available later that evening or the morning after the live study session. Participants can join by computer or phone.

Please register prior to the session if it is your first time; and give yourself extra time to come into the session your first time. The room is open to join in as much as 30 mins prior to starting. It is usually best to accept the sound coming in, and then to mute yourself until you are ready to share.

There are plenty of people who want to be around us when we are good or have created success. However, there are not very many people who stand by us while we are making our successes and support us in making them. It is important to acknowledge these people and appreciate them. Few are willing to ride through our highs and lows, and many just want to be there in the good times. It is important that we don't take them for granted, because if we keep mistreating them in our lows one day they will not be there out of self-preservation and being tired of the mistreatment. Especially in our lows, we want to appreciate them. These partnerships and connections help to bring good fortune into our life. They offer us support, even though they cannot do things for us. They help to balance us and show us where we are not in integrity or getting off course. The only things that are required to keep them are integrity, truth, respect, and appreciation. They ask for little but give so much. Today calls us to appreciate the connections and partnerships in our life which stay with us through the tough times and support us in being successful. They need to be cherished and valued if we want to keep them.

A big part of successful teamwork or teams that have success, comes in who resides in the management position. This may or may not be a formal position. Great managers do not just issue orders to people. They take the time to be a part of the team and to show people through experiences how to do something. When leaders show others what to do, they are leading by example. The people that they are leading also tend to have more respect for them. This is because they are willing to do what they ask others to do, which builds confidence and trust. They are proficient in how to do things, which makes people willing to listen to them. However, teamwork is not just about tasking or creating specific results. It is about coming together as an actual team. This happens when the leader creates positive experiences and interactions and gives people opportunities to grow or develop new skills. The strongest leaders are not those who fill positions, but those who lead by example, because their example creates an experience for others. Today calls us to work with others, and to work harmoniously with others regardless of the position that we carry. When we do this, we naturally get strong results and successes.

NEW ITEMS Coming August 15th, 2026

NEW ITEMS being released August 15th, 2026

This year, I am releasing 2 new items in addition to the 10th Anniversary edition of The Code Journey.  These will be wonderful options for those that need something less intense, but still want to work with the energetic currents that are available on a day to day basis.

 The first thing is Embracing Wisdom – It is a journal for people to explore thoughts, concepts, and their own life in alignment with the currents.  These journal points are also in The Code Journey.  So, those receiving the main book may want to use their own notebook, or also get this journal to keep those thoughts in.  It is also great for those that simply like to work on strengthening their wisdom, and unfold deeper thinking into their own self and interaction in the world.  It will make a great stand-alone gift, for those who may find The Code Journey as more than they want to work with.

 The second thing is Energizing Your Life – it is a wonderful daily guidebook.  If you have worked with The Code Journey, you are familiar with the invitational steps that start off as “I welcome you to….” and “What if….”  These are still in the main book, but for those that simply want a daily invitational step to take, this will be a great and simple book for them to work with.  This helps people to work with the daily energy currents, without the deeper work that is in The Code Journey.  Again, this can make a great gift idea for most anyone.

All 3 books will be released on August 15th, 2026.  The 2 additional items are available only as a hardcover for the journal and paperback for the daily invitational guidebook.

When things get tough, challenging, messy, unpleasant, or simply not what people want it to be, they tend to want to run from it. A hard pill to swallow, is that collectively we made the mess and collectively we need to clean it up. It is not going to just go away. However, we often enter into these "darker" spaces or times, due to not keeping the Light active in the world and in our own lives. In this world, there will always be things that we like and don't like, and the key is not to run and hide from things, but to bring the Light into them. Light always dispels the darkness, literally and metaphorically. While we don't want to reside in our daydreams or mistake them for reality, they can help us to connect with what it feels like to have the Light active in our life. They remind us of what it feels like to feel good, enjoy something, or to be in a space that is enjoyable and not full of worries and anxieties. When we remember this, we can bring that feeling into our current existence. When we do this, we often find solutions, get ideas, or simply shift the darkness away due to holding the good feelings within us. Today reminds us to let the light into as much of our life as possible. It calls us to take time to enjoy some daydreams, and remember what it feels like to feel good and be connected with the Light. This is not a waste of time, but something that holds purpose and meaning for us.

When life is tough, it is so easy to reach for the things that feel good physically or help us to escape from the stress and challenges that we are dealing with. Many people will tend to choose what feels good physically instead of turning more into God/Divine Source. However, these are the periods that we need to strengthen Divine Connection instead of choosing what separates us. When we are presented with big tests, it is rarely an easy time. Tests are seeing if we are truly ready for what is coming next. If we can't handle the small stuff, how can we handle the bigger things? Tests and temptations are our opportunity to show that we have the strength to receive bigger blessings. Too often I see people wanting the rewards but are unwilling to turn down what is blocking their ability to receive them. Most people want to know their rewards are guaranteed or have assurance of them before doing the work. However, that is not true commitment to nurturing Divine Presence. We must fully be in that commitment without the promise of anything. If we know God/Divine Source, then the pleasure is inherent in the commitment. We also know that the blessings will come and unfold for us, even if we don't know what they are or have a guarantee. This is a lot like a love relationship. You cannot expect a happy marriage if you and your partner are not committed to each other. If you want to be married, you have to prove your commitment prior to the engagement. Some of the greatest blessings of marriage come over time, but they only happen when our commitment to it is kept up even when temptations are presented to us. There is never a guarantee that the marriage will work, but commitment gives it the strongest possibility of lasting a lifetime. Today reminds us to think carefully when a temptation or test is given to us. We want to ask where true happiness resides and what supports Divine Presence and choose that. When we honor our commitment to nourishing Divine Presence, we always end up with something more fulfilling and enjoyable than the temptation that is presented to us.

Spontaneity is wonderful. It is part of what makes us feel alive and strengthens Divine Connection. When we are in it, we are immersing in the opportunities of the moment. We say yes to something fun or that allows for personal expression, that isn't always available to us. In some ways, it is an unexpected gift that breaks up monotony and routines. However, we have to be careful and know the difference between spontaneity and being impulsive. While spontaneity is almost always favorable and beneficial for us, impulsiveness is usually unfavorable for us. It is rooted in manipulation and selling us into something. Fear and urgency are often used to get us to purchase or do something that we don't need or really want. When we do things impulsively, we are acting without thinking and often end up with literal or proverbial buyer's remorse. When we feel "pushed" or "sold" into something, we need to step away from it and think about it before moving forward. With spontaneity, its benefits are easily seen and doesn't require much thinking because we can feel a joy in our heart over it. Today calls us to do something spontaneous, and to let ourselves feel alive and be playful. Make the time to seize a positive and unexpected opportunity that comes your way.

Sometimes, we just don't really know what direction to go with something. While stress, anxiety, and tension are not normally what we want to deal with, sometimes it can still serve a useful role if we are willing to work with it favorably. We may find ourselves in uncomfortable positions which create stress and anxiety for us. We can either let it tear us apart and make us miserable, or we can embrace the growth it is offering and listen to what it is trying to tell us. Without some stress or pressure, many people will not grow and develop themselves, due to being too comfortable. However, it can also narrow our choices down, and this can often be a way to help us focus on where we need to go, instead of just where we want to go. Sometimes, we don't see the solution or opportunity, until other things are not possible. In turn, this can help us to stop creating what is unfavorable and to start embracing what is favorable. This can also lead us to find something that we like, that we didn't think that we would like. Today reminds us that it is our choice to let stress make us miserable, or use it as an opportunity to make ourselves stronger and connect with more of our beauty. Take time to see how your stress is polishing you and not trying to destroy you.

Weekly Focus – Value What Others Have To Offer

This week, we want to focus on working with others.  It is a great time to work with others in an apprenticeship or fellowship dynamic.  We have the opportunity to learn more about others and the experiences that they have been through.  It is important to keep an open mind, and not be judgmental.  People flow differently and what is functional for one person, may not be for another person.  No right or wrong, better or worse than, just different flows.

Our greatest benefits come from working as a team with others, and learning from them.  We all have our expertise and areas that we need to develop.  Even if we don’t choose to do things the same as others, they can still be a guide for us.  Usually, we need to put our own style into things and not just be a copy of others.  This will be a great time for getting experiences and seeing what will and will not work.  We won’t know this until we try something or learn more about it.  People need to actually experience something first hand, and not just hear about it.  The key is to stay out of superiority/inferiority patterns and to simply respect and value the wisdom others have.  It is by working with others side-by-side, that we can bring forward successes.  Some successes cannot be achieved, without working with others.

This is not the best week for making major decisions, having important conversations, signing contracts, or having medical procedures done.  Our mind gets easily distracted, and has a hard time focusing.  This can make it easy to miss important details.  The mind is good with creative things and brainstorming (especially with others), but not for heavy mental work.  We may need to allow ourselves time just to drift into some daydreams.  However, intuition is strong, and it is important to listen to it.  Dreams, daydreams, and other symbolic messages can inspire us or give us insights that we wouldn’t normally pay attention to.

While working with others is very important, it is important that we do not get wrapped up in power battles with others.  Those who want control and power will remove the rights and choices of others.  They will dictate orders and seek followers who praise them, instead of working with people as a team.  It is important that we are making our own choices, even when we draw on the wisdom of others.  While it is important to increase our self-sufficiency and take our power back.  We may want to think about this or brainstorm on it before taking any actual action.  Sort of like gathering information, but then looking it over when our mind is clearer.

A key way that we build success and abundance in our life is through kindness and generosity. It doesn't mean that we are supporting bad habits like laziness or giving where it is not needed. However, it does mean that we are doing things that open our heart and strengthen those who struggle to help themselves or who cannot help themselves. Sometimes, people get "lost" in life or don't know what to do with their time, energy, and resources. Focusing on helping and strengthening people, animals, and the environment is always a good place to put our attention. When we do this sincerely, we also strengthen our connection with God/Divine Source, as we become a channel for it to have a positive impact in our world. Today reminds us that for a world to flourish and for us to flourish in our own lives, we must help and strengthen others in positive ways. The challenge is always to help without interfering or using the "help" as an excuse for personal gain or political agendas. It is simply about taking care of needs and providing opportunities for strength in people, animals, and the environment. Today, do even 1 thing that helps another life.

We all tend to have those seasons that we love the most or enjoy just a bit more than the others. However, it is still important to enjoy what each one has, while we are in it. Each one is here for just a short time each year. When we indulge in seasonal activities, fun, foods, and embrace the natural rhythms, we also are nourishing our body, mind, and Spirit. It puts us in harmony with the natural rhythms created by God/Divine Source. Today reminds us to get out and enjoy what the season is offering us while it is here. Each season offers a time for something and produces foods that our bodies need at that time. The more we synchronize with natural rhythms, the stronger our health is, the more engaged our mind is, and the more fulfilled our Spirit is. Try to free yourself from schedules, be a little adventurous, and find something seasonal to enjoy.
