Okay I have a question...

I'm wanting to order a T-shirt from the California Allstars pro shop, and as I live in England where sizes come up different, I'm not sure which to buy. Their sizes are like: Adult small, adult medium, adult large, etc.

Has anyone ordered T-shirts from their pro shop before and can tell me how the sizes come up? Even if you let me know what size you bought and what size you are in American clothes sizes, that would help.

Getting qualified as a cheer coach!

Sometime over the next few months I'm going to take a course to become qualified as a cheer coach for levels 1 and 2. I'm going to hopefully run group stunt classes as stunting is my strong point, and may also run a youth level 2 squad at my gym. So pumped for this!
