i saw a few versions of this on tw*tter but it bears repeating. john mulaney is never going to see your shitty little takes and “jokes” about addiction and rehab. but your friends who are struggling with addiction and substance abuse and trying to overcome the stigma around going to rehab and seeking help will. especially now when the increase in addiction that occurs during the holidays is compounded with the pandemic. i wish john all the best. i’m so proud of him and everyone else struggling right now. it’s so hard to ask for help. don’t be an asshole.

I AM TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED-WHATEVER UM. i saw him in an art exhibit that i was in??? i walked up to him and asked for a picture but then someone announced that an event is starting??? he said he was late for it then he GRABBED MY HAND AND WE STARTED RUNNING THROUGH THE HALLWAYS. im a futsal (indoor soccer) player so i used that opportunity to show off my reflex skills when it comes to running. we then arrived at the event and told me i’ve got some rhythm !! we both sat down, opposite ends of a circle table, y’know how events are. then he fucking winked at me once he was settled on his seat. later on after the event he invites me to become a part of the sack lunch bunch... and you’d bet my ass i said yes holy shit ...
