Where was Cam during the elemental apocalypse?

okay so first off - this is just a rlly great question bc i hadnt considered it yet!!

cam moved to ooo as a very small child, so they dont really have memories from the nightosphere. theyre 5 years younger than finn so theyd be roughly 10-11 years old when the elements miniseries takes place

i think cam - along with most of the clowns - would be susceptible to the candy most. theyd be unique in the fact that the second element to influnce them wouldnt be fire! instead, itd be ice!

from a young age, cam struggled with the idea of being good enough to be a real princess. their kingdom is young and not officially recognized, so they try very hard to appear happy and cheerful 24/7. you can imagine how tiring that would be though

so eventually they took to wearing a mask of their own face, always smiling and happy, hoping that one day they can be a real princess

more clown lore featuring cam!

the liquid inside the fruit is what fills the inside of clowns! it can come in pretty much any color as long as its fully saturated >:o)

also the baby clowns float around using their neck frills! they honk and giggle to communicate, and whistle little songs to impress adult clowns that might take them in and care for them

clowns consider themselves biologically related when they come from the same tree and refer to it as a "family tree", however most non-royal clowns will adopt any lost or stray clown regardless of genetic relation!

she grew up raised by the remaining members of her ancestor's cult, and believes she is at fault for it being burnt to the ground. shes struggling to cope with being completely on her own for the first time, only to slowly realize that the life shes missing wasnt a very good one

looking for a new home, she stumbles across the home belonging not to her own ancestor, but the one before her. dieoto doesnt know this though, assuming it to be her ancestor as a child instead. she struggles with the ideology taught to her by the cult, and the happy life she sees in pictures on the walls of a tree house surrounded by shards of colorful glass
