Thinking about how Nancy plays a part and Phil sees only dark and Rita has a hope-filled heart…

The fact that Hope is right there just waiting to be my favorite song in the album and yet Night Will Come just came sweepin’ in and swept me off my feet.

I feel like if Ned knew just how many times Phil has died he might just stop working for a hot second.

Am I once again thinking about Ned Ryerson and how listening to Night Will Come thinking about about how Ned felt after his wife died really hits and how Ned is essentially telling not only Phil but every depressed member in the audience the things that he learned through his own experiences?

Yeah. Yeah I am.

The psychiatric pharmacologist is probably genuinely good at his job he’s just doing his best to help this random crazy man that’s just come into his office asking about mental health in humans.

Maybe Phil should learn what a psychiatric pharmacologist does before he goes to go see one... mans out here. 😔

I’m once again thinking about the end of Night Will Come, as I usually am. I just think it’s neat how the “clock” turns and Ned leads Phil back to the beginning of the day, and also “you gotta love life” with Phil nodding and understanding, and then them being friends now. I’m just really😭👌 about it all the time.

(Also the little piano trill at the end ;-; really gets me.)

I’m always thinking about how Andy Karl goes out of his way during interviews and such to put the spotlight on the rest of the cast, the ensemble, the techies, and everyone else who makes the show work. My guy, as someone who’s always been mainly in the ensemble or backstage, you give me rights.
