I’m gonna be posting my personal headcanons here, as well as some canon things. I dunno, I’m just bored :)

So like Dave is constantly alert for strifes, and baths are not condusive to that, you’re lying down completely naked it takes a second to get up, and sometimes your head is underwater and you can heat or see, so that part would be hard for him, so he only takes baths when he knows for sure that nobody is home with the door locked witch clothes a towel and a shitty sword within reach. Because of this bathtime is associated with safe no worries time

Despite not turning Godtier, the game lets anyone who gets to Earth C be immortal. Dave and Rose were very happy to learn this when Karkat and Kanaya had simply stopped aging after a few years

Sollux has a very faded mental map of whatever his psionics touch. After he went blind, he would give people a small shock as a greeting. Ghost Karkats would make the funniest noises, followed by lots of yelling.

Sea dwellers have different flexibility in their fins. Some can only wiggle them, while others can flap.

Amporas are somewhere in between, but Peixes are incredibly limber

To his horror, Dave unironically listened to Billie Eilish’s Bad Guy for two months on repeat. No one found out.

The Helmsman went insane many sweeps before the Vast Glub. One of the ways he dealt with the trauma was by splitting his remaining personality into two separate ones: Red was anger and revenge, while Blue was desperation and grief. Both were beyond suicidal.

Yo, honest question. Is Dave’s hair colour canon? No one’s hair is truly pure white.

Troll eyes are brilliant at catching the smallest of movements in semi-darkness, but not so good in bright lighting or clear things. That’s why windows on Alternia are tinted, and buildings are dimly lit with a dark colour scheme.

The Mother Grub was actually a robot, which was built to control the population of trolls in relation to the hemospectrum. Trolls have no problem reproducing themselves.

All Prospit dreamers have a sweet tooth.

Eridan really does have a small stutter on w’s and v’s. He refers to it as his “weird accent” when he types, implying that’s how he really talks.

Crying Headcanons

John closes his eyes, and usually ends up hiccuping afterwards.

Rose cries pretty quietly, but tears stream out of her eyes like waterfalls.

Dave is afraid of crying because he was never allowed, so sometimes he has anxiety attacks.

Jade has your typical ugly cry. Snot and drool.

Aradia’s face flushes when she cries, no matter how softly.

Tavros wails loudly, but looks like nothing happened within minutes. He has been accused of faking it numerous times.

Sollux does this odd whimper huffing thing that renders him completely incoherent.

Karkat does not make a sound. 

Nepeta snuffles tons, and her nose gets all runny.

Kanaya hides her face, turning away or covering with her hands.

Terezi is also silent, unless she starts screaming.

Vriska does this inhale whistle. Very sad.

Equius’ tears are so small, you can’t even see them from far away, even when he’s bawling.

Gamzee has two cries...one is quiet and soft, the other is aggressively loud. 

Eridan is incoherent, no matter what he sobs over.

Feferi has easily the cutest cry ever. Like...big, sparkly eyes and a pink nose.
