stop eating fast food with this one easy trick!

develop a gluten intolerance so you get sick whenever you have fast food because none of it is gluten free, even things that should be because everything is cross contaminated 🥰

#have I glutened myself before because I wanted the food?#yup #has it ever been worth it?#no so much no that I basically stopped doing that so quickly #also unless you have a gluten intolerance or gluten is a trigger for some other illness you have don't cut it out #it won't help you lose weight and gluten isn't bad for you

ugh. I need to lose so much fucking weight. it's going to take ages. one fucking foot in front of the other and I'll get there eventually.

I did a little over 4 miles for my hike. Burned double the cals I've eaten today so far. The hike was beautiful and very easy for me. It is so motivating to feel longer distances get easier and easier. Like 4 miles genuinely felt like nothing. I can't wait for my next long hike.

I'm a little anxious that I'm actually an inch shorter than I think I am... because they measured me an inch shorter at my occupational physical.

if that's true I have even more weight to lose... and I've been flirting with the overweight bmi category much more than I'm comfortable with. and my tdee is wrong. fuck. I'm going to measure myself as soon as I can.

since we have some gluten free dino nuggets in the house, I get to flex my portion control skills. this is what I'm breaking a 16h fast with.

4 chicken nuggets, 60g of unsweetened applesauce, 15ml peach hot sauce, zero sugar starry. 225c total.

I'm having some gluten free dino nuggets with my spouse because he asked if we could have some together. I really didn't want to eat much until dinner tonight because he's taking me out to eat, but honestly it will be okay. I'm not going to eat over my tdee today even with these, and I want him to be happy since it's our anniversary. I would have been okay with the small container of cottage cheese until dinner, but I'm not going to let having some nuggets ruin my day.

simple ingredients my beloved ♡

I weighed myself this morning even though it's not an official weigh-in day for me. I ate a lot yesterday, like near my tdee. my tdee was 2,683c and I ate 2,373c. I also walked a lot and didn't hydrate properly and didn't get great sleep and the food I ate was salty AND I had a hard cider. These things Do Not add up to a good weigh-in. I was fully prepared to see a higher weight than last weigh-in, even though I've been in a consistent deficit, based on all of yesterday. I should be retaining water and food weight.

142.8lbs. That's what I saw this morning. With all the shit I did yesterday, my true weight might even be sub 140. I am so so happy my work is paying off. As long as I am in a consistent deficit, it shows. Even if it goes slowly, I will still lose weight.
