I've deduced that I hate the first hour and a half after I wake up. Reasons why?

-the sound of my alarm makes me wanna cry. Not cuz I don't wanna get out of bed and wake up, but because the simple sound of it makes me so anxious and alarmed that I feel the need to cry.

-anxious uncomfortable feeling in my stomach.

-I'm anxious when I wake up.

-my mouth feels weird and makes me wanna throw up.

-sometimes my stomach hurts if I was hungry when I went to bed the night before.

Hugging a pillow/plushie when I'm sad feels so preformative. Like i feel like I only do it because other people do it and it comforts them but it does not comfort me 💔 for some reason whenever I do it this feeling of uncomfortable anxiousness sits in my stomach. Like I'm fine with being anxious but it's so uncomfortable when I get this feeling

I talked to someone who asked me questions and gave me attention and asked what I wanted so he could do it and gave me attention attention attention cuz he noticed I was sad and doing shitty and not happy and now I feel better..
