"Colbyyyy, I'm bored." You whined laying on your best friend's bed.
"Y/N complaing about it every 5 minutes isn't going to change it." Colby said. He was done with your complaing about 2 hours ago when he began to edit his video.
"Then help me do something about it." You whined and standed up to tug at his arms.
"I have a tattoo appointment in like an hour so you can go with me to watch okay?" He said looking up to you and slowly pulling his arm out of your grip with a small laugh.
"Okayyy!" You dragged the word and went back to laying on his bed until it was time.
The car ride to the tattoo shop was filled with sing alongs, lots of laughter and him telling you his tattoo idea.
"Hey man.”Colby greeted his tattoo artist who then turned to you for a handshake.
"This is my best friend (Y/N).”Colby presented you as you shaked hands.
”Oh sweet, is she getting a tattoo too?” He said beaming a smile at you.
"Hell nooo, she's too scared for that.”Colby immediately said with a laugh.
You furrowed your brows, “Oh really? Is that so?”
”Oh c'mon (Y/N), you've never really been the one to be that spontaneous, nevertheless get a tattoo.”
A small scoff escaped your lips as you sat in the tattoo chair, avoiding Colby's shocked looked as you pulled your phone out and looked for tattoo inspirations.
"Looks like you might not know her so well after all.” The tattoo artist teased Colby.
Colby forced a laugh and still tried to meet you gaze, which you refused to raise from your phone.
“Oh I know what I'm going to get." You beamed at the tattoo artist showing him the picture of what you had settled on.
“Oh shit that's nice, and where would you like to get that?” He asked looking from your phone to his station and pulling out the necessary colors.
“I think like my ribcage, you know kinda close to my heart.” You said timidly and pointed to the exact spot you wanted it to be.
As the tattoo artist made the outline and prepped his stuff, Colby took a seat next to you, accepting the fact that you were going to actually do it.
“I'm sorry for assuming you weren't brave or spontaneous, I didn't mean it in a bad way, I just.. assumed you'd be nervous you know because of the needles and stuff.” Colby said and met your eyes with a soft and apologetic look.
“You can't just assume I won't do certain things Brock. It's offensive and not really fair, instead of teasing me or assuming I wouldn't you should be supportive and helping me get through it.” You answered and instinctively took a hold of his hand as the tattoo artist announced he was ready to start.
"What are you getting anyway?” Colby asked as you winced as the tattoo began to forever be imprinted on your body.
“Guess you'll have to be spontaneous one day to see it.”

This took me so long but I did it! I want to thank @colbybrocksmolder for telling me to write and finish it, even if I didn't like it. Although it took a while, I did it and I'm quite pleased with the result. 🖤
