"Please though Sonic, not enjoying a greasy, gas-inducing food item is hardly a life ruining experience."
"Well, we’ll just have t’find out."

"My God Sonic, what do you plan on doing to him if he doesn't like it?"
{I'm still probably going to be on rather sparsely. I'm working 40 hours next week and going to school Monday-Friday. But I promise from now on I'll try to be on more than like, once every two months.}

"Boy," Shadow said, with a slight mark of worry in his voice. He put a hand over Silver's mouth. "Keep your voice down and do not let Sonic know that."
"Well I’m officially declaring it law right now. There’s you’re alert for future reference."
"And hey, don’t - I don’t sound like that!" he was practically whining at this point, sounding much worse than the offending impression. He was supposed to be the one who made fun of Shadow, not the other way around! "But, I mean, it is a pretty colour and oh my GOD, can we just duct tape my mouth closed for the night?”
"Sure Sonic, whatever you say."
"Would that work? Using duct tape on a ghost? I'm more than prepared to find out," he said as he pulled a roll of rape out one of the pockets in his pants. He held it between his fingers, and continued "By the way Sonic, did you know that the grocery store carries a brand of duct tape literally called 'Duck Tape'? This is a roll of it actually. Stupid, isn't it? Not even clever at all." The tape roll had a cartoon duck on the side, and the tape itself was red with a pattern of black motorcycles on it.
"Now do you really want me to do this?"
"Nnnnnnoh my God, isn’t there like, some sort of roommate code that outlaws that sorta thing?"
"And I don’t - I don’t talk to myself that loud, do I?"
"If there is, I wasn't alerted about it.
"Talk to yourself out loud? Hmm," Shadow said, while mockingly scratching his chin as if he was really thinking about it. "I don't know Mr. 'That beautiful shade a' light orange has always been my second favorite color after blue', do you?" He had made his best efforts to heighten his tone of voice for that Sonic impression.
"Honestly I fear for the future of that poor orange echidna girl."
"SsssSSSTOP YOU’RE NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO KNOW ABOUT THAT!"
"Aghh this is such a nightmare!”
"You really didn't think I knew about that?" Shadow replied with a smirk. "You must think I don't pay any attention at all Sonic.
"When you talk to yourself about how cute you think somebody is, your roommate is going to hear you."
"Honestly I fear for the future of that poor orange echidna girl."
"Sonic...," Shadow began with a cold rage in his tone of voice. "We agreed to never speak of that." He was trying very hard to keep a hold on his anger and embarrassment.
"Never does not mean that it's okay to just tell some stranger about it 167 years later!"
Shadow was ashamed of how well he remembered it. The words "I know you're normally into bats with boobs, but this ghostly stud is gonna show you a good time." were still a strong memory in his mind. A horrible memory, as it ended up being an overwhelmingly bad experience. "Never again" was just as strong a part of their follow-up conversation as "never speak of it." It was not a good time.
*takes a feather and plays with his nose*
"What on Earth do you think you're doing?" Shadow instantly pulled away from the anonymous assaulter.
"Do not touch me without my permission," Shadow spoke firmly. "Or touch anyone for that matter. It's rude."
The black hedgehog laid on the couch, snoring loudly. He had been that way since before dawn. A light stream of drool trickled down out of his wide open mouth into his chest fur.
It was one of his monthly "sleeping days",
"…Did I miss something?"
"Just Sonic and I talking about some entertaining situations from our past. None of those topics we tell you not to ask about though, so don't you worry. Feel free to ask Sonic all about them."

"I made no such promise."
Sonic didn’t flinch as Shadow appeared; warping to and fro was as natural as walking at this point. “Good t’see y’haven’t disappeared again, Mr. Eavesdropper,” he teased as a greeting, elbowing the older hedgehog in the side before turning to face him. “I was worried I was gonna have t’organize another search party! Don’t act all innocent, though. You’re just as bad as I am, n’no denial’s gonna stop that from bein’ a thing.”
"I swear, it’s like the universe’s got it out for ya’."
Another search party? Memories of an uncomfortable past situation rose to the surface of Shadow's mind. "You and your search parties. I thought I made you promise never to do something that stupid again." Sonic had almost blown their cover the last time and the time before that. He acts like he wants to be around me enough to send search parties as jokes. Seems a bit cruel, for him at least. Almost makes me believe that he...
Shadow didn't finish that thought. He mentally scolded himself; It was ridiculous to think.
"Honestly, the fact that you've sent search parties to find me just proves my point that you're worse than I am." He hadn't even noticed he had stopped denying that he was bad as well to some extent.
That comment about the universe having it out for him almost hurt a bit. Almost. A lot had gone on in his life to prove that. "Oh Sonic, of course it does. I came to the terms with the fact that the universe hates me long ago," Shadow remarked with a sarcastic tone of voice, not wanting to sound like he was being serious. But he was.
What is the most funny misadventure you and Sonic have gotten into during the past 200 years?
Oh god there have been a lot of them.
"That's a tough call, but the mullet fiasco a few decades back was probably the most humorous situation we've gotten ourselves into," Shadow answered, while completely maintaining a straight face.
"If you want more details you should ask Sonic." It was quite embarrassing for him. That part of the memory, caused Shadow to smirk a little bit.
"Jeez, Shadow’s been so quiet lately…"
"If that faker’s gotten himself into trouble again, I swear I’m gonna kick his butt.”
Shadow suddenly appeared beside Sonic, and didn't even pause before he began talking. "Me, getting myself in trouble?" Says the guy who always gets us in trouble. "Are you sure you're not thinking of yourself? Because I can't recall any recent problem we've come across that's been my fault."
"Hmmph," he added as a trademark, crossing his arms.
"I wonder what the most ridiculous alternate iteration of myself there is out there..."
