My fav selfies/vanitas of the day! 1-3. Right after crying my lower lashes etc. off during the ceremony, first selfies as "The married incarnation of Ghost and Bones!"

4. Near the end of the day, after a very long hippy blazin' schmooze of champagnes. We are very happy and grateful, psychedelically blessed. L'chaim, mes amis!

The first time we met at The Cloud Club, Boston (art collective house party/concert) I was wearing my large Edward Gorey flapper-trench-envelope coat (indoors), and not knowing my precise dimensions he went in for a hug. He ended up picking me up while hugging me, which (for once!) I barely remember. He surprised me again after we kissed.

Our solemnizer/officiant is B's lifelong friend, "found sibling" and bandmate whom he moved to Boston with in ~2000. And the love muppet Gene Wilder Sickert, and radiant nymph Edrie Edrie.

I dig the surprise visit, spirit triangles of light coming into/out of/hanging out with us, captured on two different cameras. Holy wow.

What I called spontaneously "if a chocolate mousse +jam texture cake went through a mirror..." experience by the baker/chef/hostess/artist/dear Edrie! It is/was vanilla and raspberry and fluffy and heavenly, like a Wonderland birthday-wedding-tea cake! So grateful and feeling so loved.

"I see a wide range of reasons for people to be together, and ways in which they are together. And I see ways in which relationship, which means something that exists between two or more people, for the most part reinforces people's separateness as individual entities. And it doesn't just honor it, it treats it as the reality of it.

But the image I always have when I'm performing a wedding is the image of a triangle. In which there is the two partners. And then there is this third force. This third being - that emerges out of the interaction of these two. And the third one is the one, that is the shared awareness that lies behind the two of them.

And that the two people in the yoga of relationship come together in order to find that shared awareness that exists behind them in order to then dance as two. So that the two-ness brings them into one. And the one-ness dances as two.

And that’s a kind of a vibrating relationship between the one and the two. So that people are both separate, and yet they are not separate." ------

"...The third one of relationship is where two people are resting in the one and then they just play at the game of two. It's God at play as two. People are so rooted in their shared awareness. And to fulfill the form of the formless, to just manifest impeccably they are the two, and they dance together."
