2014 Shuler STAR Council
We are thrilled to introduce the 2014 Shuler STAR Council!
Students-Take-A-Role
The Shuler STAR Council acts as the student advisory board for the Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards – Shuler Hensley Awards. This group of selected students is invited to participate in 3 exclusive, behind-the-scenes events throughout the season, and serve as Production Assistants during Shuler Awards week in April. The goal of Shuler STAR Council is to honor technical theater students and provide a professional and educational, theatre and television production experience.
The 2014 STAR Council is featured below with the cast of Midtown Men, Broadway's original Jersey Boys. STAR Council members were invited to an exclusive sound check and artist Q&A before the concert at the Cobb Energy Centre.
The STAR Council has selected their roles for this year's production based on their interests. Each student will shadow a member of the Shuler Creative Team and serve as Production Assistants.
