last week while at work someone in the building in front of ours killed himself in a very public way

it shook up a lot of people in our office

i didn’t see it but i got really strongly affected by it

and there’s this show that abc has been pushing that has a great cast and i really want to watch but the premise is a bunch of friends moving past that same sort of situation

and part of me is kinda thinking it might be therapeutic, but it can also just be way too soon
