Initially founded in 2011 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, ALGHALIA INTERIORS is an interior design practice based in London, UK. Inspired by the evolution of Islamic architecture, its founder Ghalia Edrees presented a new approach of contemporary Islamic design. Her design theory focuses on abstract geometry and structure, highlighting design elements of the Islamic heritage. With her vast experience in retail and hospitality interiors, the Saudi designer annually releases an iconic piece of furniture to the global design platform, advocating cultural progression and authenticity.
