⭐️ N E W C H A L L E N G E S ⭐️ Zum Jahresende ist bei uns ja eh immer viel los 😬 egal ob beruflich oder privat, ich bewegte mich dieses Jahr non-stop an der oberen Belastungsgrenze 🙄🙈 . As we start off the new year many people set themselves new goals and new challenges so this is going to be my way of getting back on track after the festive season. I have set myself a Kettlebell swing challenge. The reason I have chosen to do this specifically is because it is a difficult exercise to get right and form and technique are key. The kettlebell swing is a ballistic exercise that helps to strengthen your posterior chain and core muscles. It is also a great exercise that can torch fat and burn calories. Join me in working my way up to 500 swings in 30 days! I am starting today on 100 swings each day for 6 days and 1 rest day. I am then going to increase the number of swings by 100 reps each week until I get up to 500 swings by the end of the 30 days (31st Jan) Lets see if you can do it too 💪 🏋🏽‍♀️ start with the Kettlbell on the floor between your feet and slightly in front you of you 🏋🏽‍♀️ bend knees slightly but ensure you hinge at the hips 🏋🏽‍♀️ grab the kettlebell and pull it back between your legs to create momentum 🏋🏽‍♀️ drive your hips forward and straighten your back to move the kettlebell to shoulder height, engaging your core as you swing 🏋🏽‍♀️return to the starting position 🏋🏽‍♀️ repeat for required number of reps *remember to focus on form and technique.
