Chapter 45: Push and Pull

It had been a few weeks since he had been formally introduced to Link, and Shadow felt he could safely confirm that the man was not, in fact, a fuck-face. Nor a shit-head, or even a cunt-waffle. He was, to put it as accurately as Shadow could, simply infuriating. He had Green’s cringe-worthy heroism, and Red’s suspiciously patient understanding. He had a much longer fuse than Blue (but just as explosive of a temper when it ran out), and Vio’s sly smugness that often caught Shadow off guard. In other words, Link was all of the Colours combined and not like a single one of them at the same time. But most infuriatingly of all, Shadow just couldn’t seem to decide if he liked the guy or not.

I don't want to buy mass-produced garbage from a big box store so I go to etsy but half of etsy is now dropshipped mass-produced garbage or AI slop so I go to the local arts and crafts street market but a ton of those booths are also selling the same generic plastic objects or identical stickers or 3D printed dragons so WHERE do I buy real trinkets and art from sincere freaks

Yes! It is definitely on the to-do list, I can't give an exact time frame though. But I will be completing the rest of the Chain and getting stickers made up for them too!

Shadowed, Chapter 43: What Was I Made For?

So, Shadow wasn't dead. Well, he was, if Red was to be believed (and as suspicious as he was about… well, everything at the moment, it seemed like it was in his best interest to just go along with everything the guy said and think about it later). Therefore, he was dead, the mirror breaking plan did work, and the Links (plural) went ahead and became Link (singular) once more. …And then he (they?) decided that only having a quarter of a brain was more fun and now they only merge on weekends or for special occasions. Or something like that.

We are now into the real meat of act two! And starting to earn some of the heavier tags, mind your step.

This chapter was 12k exactly and got us over the 150k mark for the fic. So there's that.

Haha yes actually! I'd gotten into the LU fandom a few months before we met, and at the time Freyja was working on their (incredible amazing best in the fandom imo) fic, This is an Adjuration. I decided to binge all that was currently published in the span of two days, went into the comments to gush and beg to bind it (which I eventually did), and that's how we met!

Then one thing led to another, couple of international dates, Freyja moved to the other side of the planet to save money on commuting, started living together and the next thing you know, I'm down on one knee.

So thank you Linked Universe community and thank you AO3 commenting section!
