Tuesday, April 27th, 6 p.m. Arrived home from Eastchester Trip Service. Our driver was Tony, Gary’s old driver who used to drive him to work every day to Staten Island.

HOME SWEET HOME. There’s no place like home. Someone was Happy to see us. We pick Charlie up in the morning.

A special thanks to my amazing husband and terrific RV driver, Gary, who planned this trip two years ago. He waited patiently, after two postponements, due to Covid. I’m sure he’s planning Trip #3 already.

Tuesday, April 27th, 4:37 p.m. landed safely at Laguardia Airport, Queens, NY.

Tuesday, April 27th, 11:30 a.m. arrived at Miami International Airport American Airlines early for our 1:48 flight to LaGuardia Airport, NYC.

Tuesday, April 27th, 8:30 a.m. said goodbye to Key Largo Kampground. What a pretty site we had. On the way back to Miami, 70 miles, to return our hotel for the week. We had an awesome adventure.

Monday, April 26th, 5:15 p.m. Dan and Nicole left us and travelled by Uber back to Miami International Airport, 60 miles. Farewell, you two. You will be missed. Safe travels.

Monday, April 26th, 2:20 p.m. arrived at Key Largo Kampground & Marina. Pretty nice setup and our own tikki hut.

Stopped for an awesome lunch at famous Mrs. Mac’s Kitchen in Key Largo. Eat Well, Laugh Often, Live Long.

On the road again to Key Largo, approximately 90 miles.

Monday, April 26th, 8:30 a.m., saying goodbye to our fun golf cart and to Boyd’s Key West Campground. Leaving with Dan and Nicole and heading to Key Largo.

Sunday, April 25th, 6:45 p.m., on the way out to dinner with our chauffeur Nicole driving our golf cart. We dined in Bistro 245 located in Mallory Square. The location is known for their amazing sunsets which we were able to see and it was spectacular. The food was very good and I drove home again in the dark. Wasn’t too bad this time.

Sunday, April 25th, 11:30 a.m. drove our golf cart 5 miles to Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park Beach. It was 84 and sunny, with a UV sun index of 10. Spent a few hours there. It was a very beautiful beach and we had an awesome, relaxing afternoon.

Sunday, April 25th, 8:30 a.m. Good Morning, Sunday breakfast. Some had theirs topped with eggs. Today we are heading downtown Key West to explore the beaches. Current weather 80 and sunny.

Saturday, April 24th, 12 noon, stopped by Mangoes Island Cuisine for a quick bite. Very good.

Visited the Key West Butterfly & Nature Conservacy and I got a visit from a friend.
