I just saw your reply to this post. I also read the replies from @inthisroomofsilence and @iloveyou-abbs. Inthisroomofsilence also posted your entire conversation on his/her blog so I was able to get a bigger picture of this situation.
Do you know Mark Harmon? Do you know how he interacts with his fans? Do you know how he treats other people? NO, you don't. That's a fact.
I've met Mark Harmon several times over the past 20 years and I also met Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo when they were in Monaco together. Mark treats his fans with respect, he takes his time to sign their pictures or to take some photos. He talks with them, listens to what they want to tell him. And he thanks them for their support.
You call Mark a douche bag. Are you aware that Mark saved 2 young people from a burning car? He saved their lifes and risked his own. Are you aware that he has called out an abuse animal trainer infront of many people on a set and freed the dog from the trainer's abusive hold? Are you aware that he collected around $9,000 for a former make up artist from the NCIS set and doubled it so that he could give her $18,000 plus a get well card from the entire cast and crew and a basket filled with gifts? Are you aware that he wears shirts that his fans send him? Are you aware that he gave a job to a homeless man? Are you aware that he called a sick fan who was a priest to fullfill the poor man's wish?
I'm sure you are not aware of any of this because a douche bag wouldn't do something like that. And neither would a selfish person.
Mark Harmon is not a douche bag and he is the least selfish person.
Let me tell you a couple of things that Cote has said about him: - he's a jokster (so no, he's not bitter or frustrated) - he treats the cast & crew like family, makes sure they're alright (again, he's not selfish) - he's been supportive of Tiva fans (so much for him trying to destroy your ship)
I could go on forever but from what I have seen of you, you are not able to admit that you are treating a person, who has done a lot of good, wrongly. Yes, you are spreadig rumors about him and yes you are defaming him with said rumors. If you don't like him it's absolutely fine. You don't have to. But do not act like a spoiled brat because your favorite ship isn't going to happen. Mark had nothing to do with it. If you want people to respect you than behave like a adult and stay away from people who like him. It is just childish to do attack him and expect his fans to just sit here and take it.
It wasn't Mark who left the show. It wasn't Mark who insulted your ship and said it wasn't real. Cote de Pablo left the show and Michael Weatherly said those things. You are mad at Mark Harmon, Gary Glasberg and everyone else except for Cote and Michael. It shows how disilusional your perspective on the entire issue is.
You do not know Mark, you do not know Michael or Cote. You know nothing in fact and you need to stop claiming rude and unfair things about Mark. And most of all: Stop playing the victim when people react to your negative statements about a man who cannot defend himself against your accusations.
