I will say I used to be afraid of a fat face, of stretch marks, of having an apron; and as I’ve gotten each one, it hasn’t been such a big deal. You grow to like your fat face.

Figure out how to consume more calories than you burn. Then do that time 10. I found liquid calories were the easiest for me to abuse my belly with.
