So I got banned in the Shobin Discord for false claims and accusations before I got to explain myself. I always have my way of getting info.

1. First of all, you people invited me into the Discord to begin with. Then after being invited, you ban me after you check my stuff. Yet, you don’t do this check with any other members. I can name 5 other people who have dipped into the fanfic territory you accuse me of and so far I don’t see anyone else getting removed. I guarantee there is no safe space as long as you hold this double standard by removing people you don’t like and then keeping someone else in because they want to talk out of there ass.

2. You’re actually very delusional if you believe fiction = reality. By claiming I write pedophillia (which is only in backstories if you actually read it), incest (which is just Pitcest and is also tagged under twincest and self-cest) and rape, you are saying these things should not be written about. Add to that, you’re support what the alt right declares all the time when they say shit like “Violent video games make you violent”. I guess people who put rape in their games are rapists. Games that touch sensitive subjects like sexual harassment in Persona 5 make you an advocate for rapists. Does writing about serial killers make you one? You see how dumb the logic is? You see why you should never stay in the perfect bubble?

3. If you judge people based on their content, you’re stupid. Pure and stupid. Everyone in this discord just made assumptions based on what I write and then sit there and talk so much shit. Like did anyone in this discord look in the mirror? Do you people not realize the hypocrisy?

4. I don’t want to hear about safe space when you denied people who are asexuality in the chat. How can you be for safe space when these people are not allowed to be just ace?

5. I told people to leave the Discord because they can see how censorship overturned the Discord. I did them a favor bringing up they have stuff of rules conveniently added and then used that as justification to ban me. Rye, if you read this, you’re a snitch. You wrote more than one fic with the “problematic” content but then are trying to justify it that you “did it once”. Then when I call you out, you block me and acting like I harassed you. Don’t play victim when you deliberately send a hate mob over to one of my fanfics to threaten me in DMs and then saying the same awful shit being said in the Discord. And remember, you could have told me in the PM that I messed up a detail in the fanfic and I would have rewrote the entire scene but you chose to rat me and allow the hate mob. You’re a terrible friend and you should feel ashamed of yourself for trying to take the high road and play victim.

And that’s why I’m going to tell you all this again. If you cannot tell fiction from reality, go see a doctor. It’s disappointing that this is literally why the Smash fandom for writing can’t get anything done. It sucks too because I’m one of the people who pioneered Shobin and this is what happens when you let two face people take over. I was warned this by another veteran writer and to think I gave these people the benefit of the doubt. Would rather point fingers instead of encouraging others. Then again, I already knew this was going down for a while. That’s why I moved to Persona 5 and Octopath because at least the people in this fandom can tell the difference between fiction and reality. After all, you would never call someone a rapist, pedophile or incest supporter in real life. :) You’re just keyboard warriors.

Just so you know, I have all the screenshots of what was said not only about me but other writers this Discord don’t like in the Smash fandom. Next time you invite me to a Discord just to ban me a few days later, make sure you actually get off your high horse because the only people with egos are you.
