The move away from physical media is so infuriating. We should have unquestionable ownership of the things we purchase that aren’t dependent on the whims of the company years after we bought the thing, but also! I love having nice pretty editions of things! Movies, books, video games, music, I love having a lovely special edition of my very favorites to display on my shelf! And now every company that makes every kind of media wants us to pay to basically rent things that they can take away at the moment’s notice with no recourse for the people who got screwed over. On Saturday I said to my partner, as I have said for months, "A ten thousand dollar a year raise would solve so many of my problems."

As of this morning I was reluctantly looking for jobs because I love my job and don't want to leave it, but see: $10k raise problem solver.

As of noon today this was no longer an issue, because my boss called me with the news that I was getting a $10K merit raise.

I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. This is roughly $200 extra per paycheck. Enough to pay off debt faster, rebuild my savings, and spend a weekend a month in Milwaukee getting obscenely laid. The sex I'm going to have on $200 extra per paycheck. You can't even.

In seriousness, I've been meaning to redesign Keiko for ages, and after making her in Tomodachi, making her a kitsune sorta just made sense compared to what she used to be

I haven't determined if she's the Fox's kid, or a happenstance unrelated kitsune. But the story I have in mind for her is that she's thrust upon Yu/Yosk because the Fox knows they can be trusted (even if neither are ready for the commitment)

I'll probably draw her soon to give her a revamp, but it's very funny that I had arbitrarily made Sora a kitsune, and now I think she's just a mysterious 4th kit of the Fox, or at least she's been entrusted to Yu and Yosk to be raised because something happened to her parents
