I’m feeling inspired today so I figured I’d share my ideas for the whole Wittebane series lol. I know this is probably a life time worth of work and idk if I’ll even be around to do all of this because it’s such a lengthy project, but I’m happy to share what I have in mind :3 Hopefully all of it will see the light of day at some point lol
Please note those time estimates are only vague estimates as I haven’t worked on those animatics yet, so they might end up longer.
Samuel accidentally finds the note Caleb had left behind, and starts a witch hunt against Philip. He finds the portal in the lake and goes through. (Basically the Cover Up song from Carved and Modeled but in short episode time)
Episode time estimate : 5 minutes
Episode 4 : I can be your friend !

Episode 5 : In the demon realm, Evelyn tries to convince Caleb to come back to Gravesfield to see his brother, but Caleb overthinks what he’d say to Philip, and is afraid of what his brother thinks of him now. Meanwhile, Philip is starting his journey to find Caleb in the demon realm.
Episode time estimate : probably 10+ minutes ?
Episode 6 : Philip continues his search for Caleb, and gets the curse. Then he finally finds a lead as to where Caleb is.
Episode time estimate : at least 5 minutes, maybe 10 ?
Episode 7 : Evelyn is expecting, and Philip finds Caleb. The fight happens and Caleb dies.
Episode time estimate : 5+ minutes at least, probably more
Episode 8 : Philip can’t accept Caleb’s death, and starts to research a way to bring him back. He finds out about the Grimwalkers, and goes to dig up Caleb’s body. Evelyn finds the empty grave, and shortly after gives birth to her and Caleb’s child.
Episode time estimate : 5+ minutes at the very least, probably more
I’ll figure out more of the timeline from there, but it would basically be :
Philip has one last fight with Evelyn, she sees his cursed form and has to retreat.
I have other ideas that might be subject to change such as the first “successful” Grimwalker is made and named “Caleb”. He accidentally finds Evelyn’s child and introduces himself as “Caleb”, Evelyn finds out and freaks out. The Grimwalker starts to decompose because the “formula” is still very unstable, and she decides to go in hiding with her child in fear Philip would find them and kill them too. (Which is why the name Caleb story to have been forgotten over the years in the Clawthorne bloodline, they didn’t want people to find out who they were and the information to get back to Philip).
Then I’d probably have some parts of Philip making more Grimwalkers but deciding to never name them Caleb again after he finds out what happened to the first one because it made their death more traumatic. (In the sense that he was re living Caleb’s death again).
Some kind of time skip, then Philip finds the Collector, probably some kind of animated song time skip about the Preacher era, Philip becoming Emperor and cutting off his ears after a Grimwalker accidentally saw his human ears, and the time skip would end at the Clouds on the Horizon timeline, which would be the end of the series.
I’d probably sprinkle in the occasional flashback to Philip and Caleb’s childhood when it’s relevant too, but yeah that’s my plan 😆
