I love to dress up for no reason and spend time playing with make up every once in a while, but it's also equally important to spend time thinking of all the things that make YOU pretty from the inside out. As humans, we are really forgetful people and more easily influenced than we would like to think. So if all we do is focus on the comments towards our outer appearance, we tend to attribute our self-worth and connect out identity to just looking pretty, and will soon feel the NEED to be outwardly 'pretty' all the time in order to preserve our self-worth. So lets keep playing dress up and looking good for no reason, but also remember to FEEL good and remind ourselves of why we are truly valued and important.
