Barasingha, Gir National Park
Barasingha is also known by the Swamp deer is a deer which widely distributed in the India. Apart from the India, it is flourishing in Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh. This is species different from the other species because it has 12 horned. Bara - Singha is a Hindi word whose mean is 12 horned.
Characteristics
Barasingha (Swamp Deer) is a 44 to 46 inch tall from the feet to shoulder and head to body length is around the 6ft. Yellowish brown and wooly hair with white spot long spine. Belly, throat, inside of the thighs and beneath of the tail is white.

Indian Fox, Gir Forest
Indian fox is also known by the Bengal fox, it habitats in the Indian subcontinental from the Himalayan foothills and southern portion of the Indian Peninsula (Western Ghat and Eastern Ghat are not included) and Gir National Park is one of them where it is found.
Diet
Indian foxes are omnivorous, the salient feeding is insects, small mammals, reptiles, small birds and fruits. The animals consist are termites, ants, beetles, spiders, soft-furred rats, little Indian field mice, Indian gerbils, Indian mynahs, grey partridge, and ashy-crowned finch larks.
Communication
Indian foxes are able to make wide range of vocalizations, ‘Chattering cry’ is a common vocalization, it indicates warning call.

India is very wealthy for elephants. There are flourishing Elephas maximus indicus which come subspecies in Asian elephant. This species smaller as compare to the African elephant but the Asiatic elephant has bigger skull from the African elephant.

Indian Leopard, Gir National Park
The Indian Leopard is subspecies of Panthera Pardus Fusca. This species widely spread in the Indian subcontinental. Because of losing habitat and fragmentation the population is declining therefore Panthera Pardus Fusca is listed as Vulnerable in the IUCN Red list.

GIZ Devalia Bus Safari : This is only 30 mints bus safari which is done by the bus. This is not a forest safari. A artificial forest made the by the government.
