well, that does it. a small blush grows on her cheeks as she tries to suppress the sheepish smile tugging at the corners of her lips. wonderful is not a word she’s used to hearing as a descriptor of herself. “ oh -- geez, um, thanks ... i guess, y’know, it’s like ... it’s weird sitting still. usually if someone’s looking this closely it’s to see, like, how many times i spun in the air or something. not, like, a bad weird, though, just ... -- i’m talking too much, right? ” the slight flush deepens. giuliana doesn’t get a whole lot of time to talk, but the way she babbles sometimes makes her wish she never talks at all.

I worked through all my problems, everything that pulled me down, back into the past, I let it go. And this is probably the biggest gift for me, that I do not have the weight of the past and it does not hold me. The fact that I let it go helps me to be happy, free and move forward. I will try to make sure that I do not disappear from sight.

she whirls around just in time to see some guy dressed vaguely like a power ranger absolutely eat it. she gasps, not dissimilar to the way one gasps when frightened by something commonplace. despite those little alarms saying stranger danger, giuliana skates over to the red & blue figure & holds out a hand. “it’s easier to get up on one knee -- especially if you wear skates. ... what ... are you wearing, anyway?”
