the link on my original post isnt working anymore because the mesh’s creator changed url + i was bad at cc back then (people occasionally PM me that its not working even with the mesh so idk). instead of helping you get that mesh ima one up you and tell you that i recently made a 👌totally new version ✌️of it that is (1) based on a base game skirt so you don’t need no stinkin mesh (2) 15 colours instead of 5 and (3) also for kids and a few swatches for toddlers. so getchurself on over to this link instead and enjoy!!

Cute Family House
I felt like building something cute, bright and small that still had room for a family of 4. The kitchen is probably my own favorite room in the build as it’s bigger than I usually make my kitchens!
Has both a big kitchen, a dining area, living room and a study. Big bedroom for the parents and smaller rooms for a teen and a child. The backyard is small, but there’s room for gardening and there’s a seating area on the back porch.

Family Beach House
With this house I just kinda wanted to build a beach house for a small family. I’ve no idea how the pond ended up under it, don’t ask me, can’t give an answer. I like what it adds to it though!
There’s only room for two adults and a baby in this house, you can change the nursery to a toddler bedroom easily though. There’s a kitchen, dining area, tv area, office area and a smaller seating area upstairs! Oh yeah… there’s also a bathroom and two terraces.

Writer’s Cottage
My first house for Brindleton Bay! I’ve spent the last 20 hours building and decorating and playtesting this house (with a little sleep thrown in, too). It was built for two Sims by Cinderellimouse - Tom Dale and his dog Max. He’s a former big city cop who moved out to the seaside to start a career as a crime novelist. Luckily he found this quaint little cottage by the beach to rent. Maybe it’ll come in handy for your Sims, too.
