A huge earthquake measuring 6.9 magnitude just ripped through my home province and after that it heavily rained. Many buildings and infrastructure right now are undergoing inspections. This is why it's important that these projects are not substandard because if it is then people will die. Fuck you mga kurakot, pagkamatay mong tanan mga giatay.
