You see the real reason Wayne wears rubber in Hylics 2 is because the mass production of Wayne's has caused his mineral components to shift to become for conductible for each copy strays away from the more organic Old Wayne so the rubber is just so he doesn't get too much electricity zapped into him. This is unrelated to the art piece, the art was created because of Cynthia Dall's Bright Night
