The valentineâs grams are now for sale! It is first come, first served to the first 5 for that particular gram! Just add your name to the list until all the slots are filled. They will be on sale until February 22nd and can be redeemed through February 28th for points. Each gram costs $10 and all money is donated to the local animal shelter.Â

Use this sheet again to purchase the gram and have your character talk with the giver if youâre giving it as a gift to someone else. When the gram is redeemed, do a short para/photo with description and tag the recipient. Link all those to a âMasterlistâ and post the link to the masterlist on the discord channel. Links/points will be counted on March 1st, so have them done before that. Ask if there are questions.
During this event, students will be able to sent âCandygramsâ to each other in honor of Valentineâs Day! But..thereâs a twist. YOU all are the âcandy.â
Students who are interested in earning some points can put themselves up for sale as a âgramâ for other students can purchase and send to whomever they like. Your gram should be a service or good you can offer to the recipient. For example, a Kiss-o-gramâ would be someone willing to give out a kiss. A âMeal-o-gramâ would be someone willing to make a meal for the recipient. Other ideas are listed below, but you can be as creative as you want.
Stipulations are:
The grams need to be able to be given or performed 5 times. (each one will be able to be bought up to 5 times). So, saying something like âValentine Morning Breakfast-gramâ wouldnât work, because youâre not going to be able to make 5 breakfasts at the same time on the same day.
If youâre offering yourself up, be aware that you could be âgivenâ to anyone in the school, so donât offer up something youâre not willing to do with absolutely anyone.
If you put yourself up as  âgramâ you can absolutely still buy grams for other people and receive grams.

Todayâs punishment will be done in the same cells you all have been in. It will be done in shifts of 5 at a time, guards will place 20 clothespins on sensitive parts of your bodies. Those pins will be heated/lit on fire and slapped off your bodies with a crop.

Keep in mind, this one is being done in front of everyone. Pins are lit, yes, but theyâre not going to burn very fast. The last few to get slapped off might cause minor-ish burns but no oneâs going to be running around on fire.Â

DAY ONE Everyone is in naked and one of two dungeon cells. Doms in one large cell, Subs and switches in another large cell. All students are loosely chained to the walls, but have a few feet of walking around chain. For food, they are given flavorless grits/oatmeal mix and some really nasty protein shakes, as well as one bottle of water. When guards enter, they call out names, and these students are taken away. No one left behind knows whatâs happening yet. The taken students are kept separate by mark and led to two different cells. Once there guards explain to these tribunals that they have on (IC) Hour to choose 3 students to be saved from todayâs punishment, then they describe the daysâ punishment. Todayâs Punishment: A combination of predicament bondage and whip lashes. Students are in a large vat of icy cold water. They are bound in such a way that theyâre on their tip toes and bent so that they really only have two options for movement. Option 1 is to bend and have their faces underwater, unable to breathe or 2 to pull their face up and meet the lash of the whip. Students are allowed 3 seconds to breathe before whipping commences and continues until they go back under water. Each of the tribunals have to discuss the three names theyâve want chosen to be spared from the dayâs punishments. This discussion takes place ONLY IN THE DISCORD PROVIDED, NOT ON DASH.- They can pick ANY mark of student, including themselves, but need to all agree on three names. Once names have been submitted to the guard (Sent to Mack or J via discord BY 5 PM CST), the students are returned to the main cells.
Listen up you pathetic excuses for Doms and submissives. Some of you seem to think that you can do what you want, when you want. That you can TAKE control rather than accept control given to you. That you HAVE control when you do NOT. And apparently some of you think that my incredibly strict rule on drinking is something to laugh at.
Iâm sure you new kids will figure it out or the vets will explain it, but here comes the school wide punishment for alcohol YET AGAIN!
At 6 am Tuesday, ALL students not exempt from this punishment, will report to the dungeons. If you choose not to, you will be dragged there kicking and screaming and punished for resisting. Â

NO ONE is allowed to leave the infirmary until they have someone to escort them back to a room.Â

Hereâs the ooc information, not known to the students yet.
**Also from here on out in this explanation, I will use âsubsâ to mean subs and switches. **
Students will be separated into Doms and Subs. They will be stripped naked and relieved of any personal items including collars, cuffs and phones.
All Doms will be lead to a larger dungeon room and secured to the wall via ankle chains. The same will happen with the subs, but in a different room from the Doms. Both groups will wait until given further instructions.
They can communicate only with the people in their room (Doms with Doms, subs with subs). Anything they say is considered a public conversation, as in, it could be over heard reasonably.
At 1pm guards will arrive in each room and call out the names of a few students. These students will be removed from the room. The remaining students will stay in the room. The chosen students will be taken to a small room, doms and subs still separate. They will be told that everyone is going to be punished, what the punishment is, but that they can choose three students, out of the entire student body, who they can âSaveâ from punishment that day. The decision on who is being saved has to be agreed upon and submitted to the guard before they can leave the room. Each group is told the same thing, but they cannot communicate at all. So, a total of 6 people will be spared from the punishment.
Once the names are chosen, they all return to their respective dungeon rooms and await punishment. The result of the votes will be announced and the guards will administer the same punishment to every student, including Doms, except those who were âsavedâ by the voting groups.
In addition, ONE student will be secretly selected to save one student completely. As in, the student they choose will be released from the dungeons entirely and excused from the rest of the punishment. The student with this power is NOT allowed to tell anyone that they are the chosen one. If they spill the beans, the entire student body will be punished twice that day. Additionally, that decision must be made prior to the punishment occurring.
This process will repeat each day (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with a different group of people choosing who will be saved. Everyone remaining will be released on Friday morning at 6am to the infirmary. Everyone must have an escort to leave the infirmary (can be small groups but keep marks in mind).Â
Due to both actions and in-actions at the most recent formal dance, a School Wide Punishment will commence later this week. Details to come.Â

Lima Heights Institute will be putting on a Murder Mystery Event called Sour Grapes of Wrath which will be running from Feb 11 - 15th. More information to come, but as of now, please let the administration know if you are interested in participating.

It will be much like a murder mystery party where there will be a handful of âcharactersâ acting out parts and dropping clues to help figure out whodunnit. Here are some guidlines to this:

Your RP characters can still participate even if they donât get a Murder Mystery Character
We will be randomly assigning Murder Mystery characters based on activity. If you cannot be active everyday for the duration of the event, youâre not likely to get a character
Iâm not trying to be mean. But, this event hangs on getting information from the characters and if a character is only on once and then nothing more - thatâs unfair to everyone else.Â
Most of this will play out in discord because thatâs the easiest way we can come up with sense itâs fairly ârealtimeây.

Itâs that time again to see what you learned and what you know before the next Semester starts in MARCH! Your final presentation will be due on February 28th so this should give you plenty of time to get ready and plan for it. The rest of classes in the month of September will be used for catch up work and extra practice. The partners list will be posted by February 1st.
The final presentation is a BDSM scene to show your skills from the classes youâve participated in this past semester. The practice rooms are available and, as before, these presentations will be filmed and you will turn the tape into the Headmasters for grading. Turn the tapes in by February 28th to be graded.

Ok, so this how we do the finals now, so for those of you who have been through one, itâs essentially the same thing. THE SIGN UP is for OOC only. IC - everyone does the final presentation. However, if you donât have time or canât or donât want to do it - you personally do not have to sign up. We can just âfade to blackâ that your character did the final, but just donât go into detail about it. Sign up opens January 25th. Go to this page and put your name on the list if youâd like to be involved. I CANâT STRESS THIS ENOUGH - if you canât be on enough to get it done PLEASE DONâT SIGN UP. It ruins it for the partner youâre assigned to. The unspoken rule is if you canât reply at least once everyday - youâre not going to have time to finish it. Everytime we do this we end up not getting a lot of participation because people sign up to do it, get paired up, then never/rarely connect with their partner and then Iâm fielding questions about âwhat to do if my partner wonât answer/reply.âÂ
So this is like previous presentations where you do a scene with another person involving something you could have realistically learned in class. Only one partner needs to have been in one of the classes - and most scenes can likely fall into the 101+ classes.
