What to put in your hellenic journal and why it helps
Building a kharis with gods using a religious journal is really helpful. It helped me keep my information and my thoughts related to the Gods organized. It can also help beginners if they are uncomfortable reciting hymns out loud.
What could be put inside it:
Every day write one delphic maxim and write how you interpret it or what you think about it
Make a shopping list for your altar and offerings
Compose prayers
Hymns/ prayers to your patrons and Hestia, Nyx, Helios, Hypnos
Write something as if you are conversating with the Gods.
Important information on deities
Favorite offerings, incenses, and libations of the Gods
Important Callendar events, festivals, and key info on celebration
Quotes from the most famous books of Gods that you relate to or want to remember
Instructions on composing prayers
What afterlife means in Hellenismos
What defines hubris, agos and miasma
7 pillars of Hellenismos and their meaning
Do some drawings for the Gods as a devotional act
Include your personal experiences with the divine and how it affected you
Write down the signs you saw during the week
You can also decorate it with the images of Gods
Delphic Maxims:

Resources for Spirit Work
Please note - though I myself am not a spirit worker, I’ve done enough research and seen enough of other people’s personal stories to say this: spirit work is not always light and fluffy and happy (obviously it can be, but not all the time). Spirits are not all willing to work with you peacefully - some are even downright rude or aggressive. It can be dangerous, and there are risks of getting involved with other entities not of this world. Make sure you know what you are getting into completely and are well prepared before engaging. Read and practice at your own discretion.

When someone goes over to their friend to comfort them, Aphrodite is there.
When someone smiles at their appearance in the mirror, Aphrodite is there.
When someone is gifted a bouquet of flowers, Aphrodite is there.
When someone writes their loved one’s name in the sand on a beach, Aphrodite is there.
When someone stands in the ocean, taking in its beauty, Aphrodite is there.
When someone is inspired to create something because of a loved one, Aphrodite is there.
When a child has their first crush, Aphrodite is there.
When someone finally feels love for the first time, Aphrodite is there.
When people dance together to a special song, Aphrodite is there.

Aphrodite is there for all of our beauty and love- filled moments. She loves us, and is always there for us, in the good, and the bad.

I did this tarot spread with Aphrodite this past Sunday. It was so nice to sit down with her. I approached her altar, lit her candles, refreshed her libations. I gave her a hard apple cider offering that I've been thinking about giving her since Autumn Equinox (adhd ammirite?). I got a lot of clarity and a few questionable pulls I'll dig into deeper (I'm still learning tarot.)
I've felt so much closer to her closer to her in just the last few days. I've seen so much of her in the world and in myself. It's just been a really good week and I want to share!
Gonna stay updated on the job I prayed for (just interviewed today and should hear back in a few days).
some pitch perfect and bechloe doodles i made during christmas break
This is how act 2 goes, right?
