“Uh…?” 

Ludger definitely wasn’t a guru on electronic devices like Atsuro and his brother, but even he could tell a GHS was not supposed to screech continuously and freeze up the screen. Then again, his GHS was getting pretty old, and he’d been through some insane ordeals. This might be a sign he needed a new one (or just use the one Matter gave him, despite the sight of it making him feel guilty). 

Whether the case, he wasn’t allowing this thing to go insane. 

He knew enough about a GHS to be able to remove the battery, which is exactly what he did. The GHS shocked him a couple times, but he’d trade a few shocks for his eardrums. He’d have to fix his contacts sadly, but it was fine; Ludger’s friends wouldn’t be too shocked to hear his phone finally died… or needed an exorcism.

Oh boy, Virus-san truly never dressed himself before. He thought sleeves were self-explanatory, though of course it was never that simple. “Not to worry, we can fix this. Try not to shock me too much, I’ll need to hold your arm.” Whether or not Virus-san complied, Ludger grabbed the upper part of his arm to start the process.

Since both their arms couldn’t fit, he guided Virus-san’s arm to the sleeve and then retracted his own arm to push the sleeve down into position. “Think you can do the other arm yourself? I’ll do the suspenders since they’re a bit complicated.” 

As he said, Ludger left Virus-san to fix his sleeve as he clipped the bottom of his suspenders to Virus-san’s pants. He’d need to adjust them since they weren’t the same size, but it was close.

“Feel a little more human yet?”

Virus quickly caught on and pulled his arms through the sleeves and watched with a great deal of interest as the other fixed the suspenders. Weird. What were the suspenders supposed to be for exactly..? Fashion or something? “Why are they like that..? What do they do..?” He mummbled aloud.

What the other said earned a quick nod and a somewhat delighted reply, “Yeah! I’ve never felt better. Clothes are so weird!” This was all extremely exciting for him. The data had never thought to try to be more human in this way, and it got rid of his voice glitch almost entirely.

“Can I keep these? I want to wear human clothes more, they’re so interesting- Do people normally wear these all the time? I know on the internet there are a ton of spam and viruses with naked people and some pretty gross looking stuff. Porn or something? How many people do that anyways?” It seemed like it would be a lot with all the websites he’s found bugs on.

“U-Uwah!” She jumped from the sudden shock. “O-Oh, m-me? Entertain? I k-kinda don’t know what you mean by that…”

“Yup. I have arms and everything.” Maybe she should of retaliated a bit. But, she knew it was on no perverted intentions. Plus, she really didn’t mind the virus. It was actually kinda cute, it exploring her human body and staring in awe.

Also, she really didn’t wanna die today. One bright bolt from the virus, and she knew she was a goner.

"Humans are so s-s-s-strange. You should t-t-t-touch my sleeve, it's basically skin for me, my m-muscles and stuff are just kin-n-nda in there its really cool. Sometimes-s-s-s I get to have a full body." He's never really thought to try to figure out his own body when he actually gets it.

"Oh and you don't mind me following you around right? Because I'm definitely going to have to." there wasnt much of a choice here, honestly.

Though the action was supposedly meant to be serious, she couldn’t help but giggle again. The virus gave off a vibe that reminded her of Milla now.

He gave a shrug, not even entirely sure what he was doing himself, “Fuck if I know-” He gets bored messing with her face, deciding it was much more important to pull at one of her sleeves, “Are these attached? Oh wait- “

He quickly moves hands to her shirt, making an attempt to see if it actually was attached, and wondering what a body is supposed to look like.

He tilted his head ever so slightly with a bewildered look. The fact that Virus had seemed to stop to process what he had said was a little odd, but he also seemed to be….processing things in general far more slowly than most people did. It was concerning but not as concerning as the male’s sudden yell.

“Hey!” Jude moved closer, both of his hands raised in preparation to cast a Healer. “Are you alright…? What’s wrong…?” He says both of these questions slowly and softly as he was doing his best not to startle the ‘spirit’. Or whatever he was.

He glared harshly at Jude, growling before yelling out, “This- THIS IS Y-Y-Y-YOUR FUCKING F-FAULT! Y-Y-YOU DID THIS TO M-ME, YOU WANT TO F-FUCKING K-K-K-KILL ME. YOU CAN’T TRICK ME, I’LL F-F-FUCKING KILL YOU.” The sparks became much more wild, and virus gave a scream of pain.

“You’re g-g-g-g-g-g-going to pay for this- You can’t get r-r-r-rid of me.” He couldn’t concentrate correctly, his mind felt like it was missing chunks of data. With this he lunges for the other’s throat.

This girl is strange. From giggling to scared and back to giggling in only a few minutes. And well, She did say he could do whatever he liked. Rather than holding onto the other's shoulder he decided to hold her face.

Virus-san didn’t understand fashion sense, so thank the heavens Ludger did. “You’ll learn. Fashion sense is a big deal when you’re out and about.” Just another thing to teach the man after manners and dressing, as Virus-san noted he had no idea how to put clothes on; he just phased his clothes away to get dressed. 

“O-Okay, I can help you out. You’ll have to bear with me touching you; putting a shirt on the first time is a two-man job.” A button-up shirt could have fixed that, but that involved teaching Virus-san about buttons. This was easier, in his opinion.

Since Virus-san’s sweatshirt had been removed, Ludger propped the spare on Virus-san’s head and pulled it so his head stuck out. He also made sure the sleeves weren’t inside-out to avoid confusion. “You wan work sleeves, right? If not, try and I’ll step in if they give you a hard time.”

He gave a small shrug. He didn't see why I'd be such a big deal, but as long as Luds said it was, then he'd just go with it. It was a slight surprise when the other pulled the shirt down over his head and he flinched, tensing up for the two seconds his head was under the shirt.

The shirt had moved his mask, and that's when he decided to ditch the mask for the time being, he'd put it back on once he was fully clothed correctly.

There. The shirt seemed a little more comfortable this way, though as he tried to pull the shirt down more, he quickly found this was not easy and he blinked with his arms stuck awkwardly under the shirt.

"I think... I might need a little help? My arms are kinda stuck." Virus couldn't help but to smile to himself when he noticed how clear his voice was coming out. God did he waste too much data on clothes.

“Really? I thought you would have seen them at least once; guess I won’t be meeting them anytime.” Ludger didn’t comment on Virus-san’s about ‘hitting on him’. He knew what hitting on someone meant, but he never learned how to do so. Maybe Kazuya would know, as he had experience with dating. 

As for the threaten comment– “I’m not threatening you. I want you to stay safe, Virus-san. Messing with a very determined programmer might not end well. I’m not that at all.” Atsuro counted as an example… or Naoya-san. 

Ludger had to smile when Virus-san jumped onto the idea of trying his clothes on. Since he had his ‘spare’ outfit just like this one handy, the Kresnik left to his room and came back to hand over the outfit in question. There wasn’t a tie in the bundle, as Virus-san requested.

“Put these on. I think you’d look better in blue than the white I’m wearing.” Once the clothes were out of his hands, he pointed to the bathroom. “If you don’t want to change in front of me, you can change in there.”

"Nope, I don't even r-r-r-r-remember most of the process of my c-c-creation. I'm probably missing the first y-y-y-y-year of my 'life' somewhere is some poor computer's databanks...I'm not sc-sc-scared of any 'determined' programmer anyways-s-s-s!" He crossed his arms.

When the other left and then returned with the clothes, Virus perked up, looking at the pile curiously before taking them. He then looked at the other then back to the clothes he had on hand.

"Thanks?" He didn't understand the significance of looking better in one color than another, "Why would I need to go somewhere else to change?" He blinked a couple times in slight confusion, giving a small shrug. He then began to dematerialize his sweatshirt slowly, "T-T-T-T-T-T-This might take a minute."

"A-A-A-A-Also I may need help-p-p-p-p-p-p figuring out- out- how these w-w-w-w-wor-r-r-rk... I-I-I-I-I've never put o-on clothes bef-f-f-fore." The processing of data was causing his voice to glitch much worse than normal, though ideally he wont be doing too much talking until his clothes were completely gone.

“I see. Well, I’m not sure the sort of character your creator might have been, but if you see him sometime, tell him he did good work.” Ludger patted Virus-san’s back a couple times, ignoring the few shocks he must suffer since Virus-san was still data and could hold a charge. “Though you should be careful what things you destroy. You might make some enemies that you’ll regret.” Super virus or not, other programmers found ways to deal with threats. Virus-san could get hurt….

It was funny to see Virus-san so bashful all of a sudden, though. Surely someone other than himself got curious about how the guy worked? A computer virus manifesting as a person wasn’t a common occurrence. Good thing Ludger’s life wasn’t very normal to begin with, right? 

“To look nice, of course! People take others much more seriously if they’re dressed for the part, Virus-san. Appearances are important!” Ludger lectured, although his tone was much more light-hearted than before. Teaching someone how to act normal reminded him of Kazuya, though Virus-san needed lots more help than Kaz. 

“Should we try it out? You can borrow some of my clothes to see. Just be careful with them is all I ask.”

“I wouldn’t know, I’ve never-r-r met them but they’re probably a total d-d-d-d-dick so I wouldn’t count t-t-t-t-t-too much on that ‘good job’ thing-g-g… Why are you lightly h-h-h-hitting me?” The pats on the back confused him, the other must’ve felt a few small shocks as well but, he still did it.

“Are you trying to threaten m-m-me? Hitting me and t-t-t-telling me to be careful with who I-I-I mess with?” Virus gave a frown behind his mask, confused about the mixed signals the other was giving him.

He smiled though once the other suggested he could barrow his clothes, Virus was excited to be able to feel what human clothes were like and get the chance to possibly fix the voice glitch with the data he’d be saving.

“I w-w-want to wear your clothe-e-es. I don’t want your t-t-t-tie though.” He stated casually, not promising that the other’s clothes wouldn’t get messed up. He couldn’t exactly garentee that.

She began questioning the virus’s motives. “I have to know, what makes me so ‘interesting’?…”

"You're interesting because of h-h-h-how you react to everything I say. Humans are very... strange. You have feelings and s-s-stuff and it's weird, but I don't think I've met anybody who is s-s-so... whats the word? hmm... Expressive? Yes. I w-w-want to see you react to m-m-more things."

His smirk had become a full smile, hinting slightly at excitement. His own emotions being sparctic having caused his sense of power to fall for now, and be replaced once more with curiousity and slight amusment.

Kinda reminded her of a certain ex-mercenary… “Well, now I believe that you can kill me, but, I can’t say I’m fully convinced that you’re a god of sorts…”

If he did so successfully the girl would definitely feel a low sting, "You know-w-w-w-w what? Heheh... I think I like you. You a-a-are very... <i>very</i> interesting." Virus has already made up his mind, he'd be staying with this girl for pretty much as long as he could help it.

Oh, so Virus-san knew was a virus was, and even identified himself as such. With Virus-san, Ludger tried not to assume that the man knew much about people or their jargon. Maybe Virus-san was sort of like Atsuro, though Atsuro knew the basics of human interactions thanks to poking around internet forums alongside he did go to school at some point. Either way–

“So, does that mean you had someone program you and send you to wreck havoc over any wireless connection?” With technology becoming so advanced overnight, Ludger wouldn’t question a super virus that could materialize into the physical world. But on that thought, he tried to poke Virus-san to see what’d happen. Was he solid? He couldn’t tell at a glance.

“Really? If so, why not wear a fancy suit with gold rings or something? That’s what most people imagine when they think of a sophisticated person.” If Virus-san needed a reference, he could help out!

"Yes, somebody probably programmed me, E-E-E-Everything has to be 'born' s-s-somehow. T-T-Though I mostly d-d-d-d-d-do whatever I feel like doing. I can destory or fix or anything else that I des-s-s-sire-" He was cut off by the other poking him. The silver-haired male would find that Virus was indeed solid and also get a small shock from the sparks across the living data's body. Nothing too major, though.

"W-W-What are you doing?" Confusion obvious in his voice, though he responded to the other's next question with the same amount of confusion give or take a little rudeness.

"Why would I ever want to where something so guady? It's probably take a lot more data to m-m-m-make those too. The clothes I'm wearing now I had to make my-my-my-myself... unless.." Virus briefly wondered if he could even wear human's clothing. If he could, he could pull that code and memory from his own clothes and use it on making his body and voice more human too.

"Do you think I c-c-could wear normal clothes?"

Though she knew that this wasn’t the right time, she began chuckling. “S-So, you’re a god? Then I must be the Queen of Rieze Maxia.” She began chuckling again, knowing well that she was probably angering the mysterious other.

He crossed his arms, "Do I seriously not s-ssss-seem like one in the slight-t-test?" Well that's annoying. The sparks across his skin seemed to flicker brighter than before, "I could k-k-k-kill you almost instantly and you're being sar-sarcastic? You m-must seriously have-e-e-e some balls to be fucking around like t-t-t-t-t-t-this."

The woman squeaked as she jerked away from the strange being that somehow zapped her. A tiny frown crossing her lips as she slowly shook her head. “W-What do you mean… I mean I can make weapons but that isn’t very interesting…”

     ━”I wouldn’t touch that if I were you. It burns anything that goes in.” 

The woman gave a tiny frown towards the strange man before shaking her head. “I don’t really know what you are but I don’t think you want to risk hurting yourself either way.” Even though this being scared her she still couldn’t help but show concern for others especially around her dangerous equipment.

"Burns, huh? So is that what that f-f-f-f-feeling is?" He couldn't help but to smile, it's felt weird. He wasn't exactly used to using his physical body, and it manifested in weird ways everytime. Sometimes his clothing was apart of him, or he lacked organs or nerves, though it seemed this time he had nerves.

"I don't kn-n-now what you mean." He then proceeded to stick his hand in the ferance and after a moment he finally pulled it back out with a slightly upset noise.

"T-T-That looks... awful..." His hand now gained obvious 3rd degree burns, and his sleeve had caught fire though he quickly put it out with his other hand, "It feels... like... a feeling? I don't like it." He had no idea how to accurately express that his hand hurt.

{glitchedupgamer to Ludger} Virus casually walked up to the other male, held out his hand and simply stated, "I'm going to n-n-n-need you to hand over the electronic device, friend." The glitch in his voice acting more as a repetition of sound than a normal stutter.

Honestly, the only thing he was doing was sending back a text on his GHS before he even noticed the strange man. “… Huh?” he looked over to him. He definitely did not look normal, especially wanting his phone of all things. “Why should I give someone I don’t know my GHS?” Ludger had to ask, unsure what his intentions were.

He gave a small laugh, "You've got a little bit-t-t of a...bug... tracking your phone. I could almost t-t-t-taste it from here, heheh... You don't have to hand it over, sir. I just h-h-h-h-h-highly suggest you do." small sparks glowing as they seem to flicker across his skin, his mask hiding his rather large smile.
