if maya is confirmed 14 in girl meets sweet 16 then that legit makes no sense cuz in ski lodge she said her and josh were 2 years apart (for 6 weeks including the trip) meaning josh would have to be 17 and maya 15. so idk where ur getting ur sources from but i dont think maya was actually confirmed to b 14
